(John's POV)
I woke up the next morning for class and did the usual, the only difference was.. Alex seemed to be avoiding me. I ignored it and assumed he was just busy.
Then I remembered what happened last night, what he asked me. I dodged the question of course. I was scared to say, I don't really know why, I mean all of my friends know but—Shit, I'm late.
I rushed to class, muttering to myself about how stupid I am and how I should have been straight forward with Alex. When I got to class, Mr. Adams just started teaching his class, I always hated this class. More like hated the teacher, he was a bitch. This was my least favorite class, calculus.
Mr. Adams started rambling about something I wasn't paying attention to, I turned my attention to my left where I heard someone whisper my name. She wasn't talking to me directly, she was talking to Theodosia. The girl who was whispering my name was none other than Naomi Rodriguez...
