1~ New York, New Man

(Alexander's POV)

I approach the building already feeling anxious and worried, a thought crossed my mind 'will they accept me? I hope so..' I walk in and approach the front desk.

"H-hi I'm Alexander Hamilton, I'm new." The woman looked up from her computer.
"ah yes, welcome Alexander. Your dorm is in building B your on the 3rd floor and your room number is 1776.

(A/N I don't know how colleges/dorms work so feel free to correct me)

She wrote what she had said on a sticky note and handed me the paper and a key. I walked down the hall and realized she didn't mention who my roommate was. I became nervous.

I saw the door for my dorm coming in to view I walked up to the door, took a deep breath and knocked. After a few seconds the door knob turned *click*

A boy opened the door and said "Hi.. who are you?"

"My name is Alexander Hamilton, I'm your new roommate"

He Smiled 'God, that smile was beautiful' the thought making me blush and look down hiding my face, gosh I probably looked so stupid.

"I'm John Laurens, nice to meet you."

He held out his hand and I gladly shook his hand feeling his warm skin on mine, I took a moment to admire his beauty. He had freckles scattered about his face, they reminded me of the constellations in the night sky. He had beautiful green eyes that felt like they could see right through me. And his smiled was absolutely everything.

I realized I was staring when he said "Alex?" I blushed and turned around hiding my face, god that was embarrassing.

I started to unpack and set all my stuff up how I wanted it. I was a very organized person, at least I like to believe I am. After unpacking I glanced at the clock 11:48, eh not that late but I still should get some sleep.

Just when I started to fall asleep "hey Alex?'' Laurens spoke

"yeah?"I replied groggily, I turned around so I could see him laying on his bed across from mine.

"I was just wondering if you wanted to hang out tomorrow I could show you around campus and around town? I mean, you came here on a Saturday so.."

I couldn't help but smile, I gladly agreed and turned back to where I was facing before. I couldn't wait for tomorrow, a whole day hanging out with the cutest person ever. Within seconds I fell asleep with a small smile on my face.

Hey guys! Um, This is my first story so I hope you enjoy it so far sorry for the short chapter it's just 12:54 a.m. and I have school tomorrow I will try to update everyday and post a chapter every week at the least.
