A day after the events at the hospital...

He flipped through the channels as tears fell slowly down his face. He continued to stuff vanilla ice cream in his mouth and groan. She stood above the couch crossing her arms.

"You knew this was going to happen eventually Cameron," the woman said.

"Shut up Sara, he meant so much to me," Cameron mumbled as ice cream slipped from his face.

"Well I'm sorry maybe you should've told him the truth before he died. After all your diary did catch a contradiction in his statements," Sara replied.

"My diary usually said he lied, but I guess he couldn't really trust me. I guess he didn't really love me the way I loved him," Cameron cried as tears fell quicker down his face. He stopped flipping through channels and ended up on a news channel.

"In more recent news a man was found dead in the woods not too long ago. The fatal injury seems to be a bullet to the chest, but there is no gun to be seen at the scene. What do you think of all these recent murders Mindy?" The woman on the television said.

"Well they're awfully shocking if I'm telling the truth Kaeli," Mindy replied.

"Which do you think is going to have the biggest impact? I mean as we can see all these victims seem to be at the hands of the infamous serial killer Gun Shot," Kaeli replied.

"Well that's not true, there was a cigarette left at one of the scenes and we know for a fact that Gun Shot has never been seen smoking and no cigarettes have ever been left at the scene," Mindy replied.

"Maybe that's just a new clue," Kaeli said. "Anyway we're now going to switch to an interview with a mayor, Jake take it away." The camera then panned to Jake and Strat in town hall.

"So Mr.Becker, how are you going to deal with the most recent murders that have occurred? Do you plan on putting all your heart and effort into arresting this so called serial killer gun shot?" Jake asked.

"I mean I want to kill the serial killer, finally put him and his deeds to rest," Strat said.

"Oh so you so blantly assume the serial killer's gender on camera? On live national television? Do you know something that the viewers and I don't?" Jake asked.

"We currently have 5 suspects, 4 of which are males, so statistically speaking the serial killer is most likely a male," Strat said.

"Who are these 5 suspects, Mr.Becker? And why haven't you put them into custody yet?" Jake asked.

"We can not arrest someone or put them into custody when he have that many suspects, it just isn't right," Strat said.

"But who are those 5 people Mr.Mayor?" Jake asked.

"That's confidential," Strat mumbled.

"And why is that?" Jake asked.

"Fine you want me to say it? I'll do it!" Strat yelled.

"Go ahead mayor," Jake replied.

"There is Ethan Snook, Ariel Reese, Darryl Hatheway, Justin Punch, and Alan Castor," Strat shouted.

"And why are these 5 people suspects?" Jake asked.

"I have my rights! I plead the fifth," Strat yelled.

"We understand that mayor, but there is also the right for the people to know. You shouldn't be hiding information from the public now should you?" Jake asked.

"Leave me alone," Strat said.

"Mindy didn't you mention that we've never spotted GunShot smoking before?" Jake asked.
