// Tyler //
Her eyes were wide, staring at me like a deer in headlights. The dark bags under them gave her a lifeless touch. She looked like a ragdoll as she simply stood beside Aria, who had a scowl on her face.
I, on the other hand, was absolutely smitten. This strangers' blue eyes were a shade that could never compare to Aria's green ones.
She was stunning. Blonde hair stuck wildly out of her very messy bun, black eyeliner smeared across her soft cheekbone, smudged pink lipstick gave her lips a bigger appearance; she was practically a child.
"Uhm, T-Tyler," Aria stuttered, fists clenched, "this is...Jenna." My eyes widened as I stared at the girl beside her, our eye contact creating a portal to an idyllic world. She shifted her gaze, concentrated on the one-eyed kitten meowing in her arms.
"Nice to...meet you." She glanced at me for only a second, a small smile apparent on her lips as she stood on her tippy toes to whisper in Aria's ear. Aria nodded, kissing the blonde's forehead before letting her wander away and into her Victorian home.
"So, um," I watched Jenna disappear into the house, turning to Aria, who not only looked irrirated, but also on the verge of tears. "How's Josh?" I stared at her. She never had the audacity to ask about Josh.
"You must be pretty upset to be able to bring Josh up, huh?" She glared at me, clearing her throat and making her way to the back fence.
"Who the hell asked, Joseph?" Her sudden change in mood(s?) threw me in a loop, my thoughts spiraling as I ran around the pool, struggling to climb up and over the fence after her.
"Why are you mad now?" Something in me snapped as I stopped in my tracks, her body slowly fading away as she walked on.
"I'm sorry, did I say anything that gave away the fact that I was upset?" She turned around, staring directly at me. "No?" Her glare sent daggers into my head as she held her hands behind her back, throwing a sadistic smile, "Thought so."
I stood frozen in place as the brunette with the dull green eyes and hidden freckles spun around, walking further away until my eyes lost track of her curvy body.
It wasn't long till I found myself running, only, the opposite direction. Back to her house and into the back door.
"...Tyler?" A soft, timid voice called out to me, surprising me as a small smile grew on my lips.
"Hey, Jenna."
