Camilla woke up late the next morning and recalled the day before.

Storm had teased her after her apology, bringing up her drunk text to him, to which she'd simply rolled her eyes at. Whilst they were both simply joking about the context, she noticed the sensual smile that would grace Storm's lips. Maybe he was envisioning it.

Once the teasing had come to an end, Storm had walked her out and taken her to lunch. They'd gone to a little quaint café and had a quick meal. Storm had ordered a large plate of food that was much healthier than the greasy pizza Camilla opted for. It didn't stop her from practically engulfing it though. Unfortunately, then Storm reluctantly had to leave her to head somewhere, she suspected it was related to rugby since he'd spent a majority of his day with her and this season was extremely important for them.

It appeared as though Storm was married to his job, or at least it seemed like it. He'd admitted it on their first dinner together and considering he was in fact captain to one of the biggest rugby teams in England, she couldn't blame him. At least he loved his job.

Camilla rolled over in her bed and unlocked her phone. She always put her phone on silent before she went to bed and switched the Wi-Fi off so that it didn't wake her up during the night. The texts she found on there immediately set a sour mood and her stomach dipped.

She hadn't told Jake that she left New York, not that she did need to explain it to him and for the last few weeks, he had been texting her relentlessly. Now his texts appeared to grow more aggressive and she simply wasn't having it. She considered her response and smiled when she added in the middle finger for good measure; it was a little immature but she didn't care.

Her train of thought was interrupted as Rosa called her up. "I knew you liked him!" she squealed down the phone. "I told Craig that day I sent Storm to escort you home that you'd both just ... click. You're both a perfect match, honestly, I have been waiting an entire year to set you up with him and it was well worth the w-"

"Rosa," Camilla interrupted in confusion. "What on earth are you talking about?" She chose to ignore the fact that Rosa had most likely been planning this with her mother the months prior to her return.
