Jake smiled as she stilled, taking a brief step backwards. "Jake?" she muttered and felt Storm grow rigid beside her. He'd never confessed how he felt about her ex, not that she expected him to, but his body language alone appeared to convey a whole lot. "What are you doing here?"

He remained in place, reaching into his pocket to pull out his phone. Swiftly, he appeared to look at the time before returning it to his pocket once again. "I wanted to talk," he finally replied, his gaze set on Storm as opposed to herself. "And I did tell you that I would be coming, but since you refuse to answer my calls or texts, I had to use my own resources."

Camilla figured Jake didn't realise how delusional he sounded at that point, because that was the only way she could explain why he assumed she wanted to talk to him. Beside her, Storm appeared tense and she reached out for his hand, feeling the way it was clenched tightly. "I blocked you," she started with, noticing Jake's eyes slit at where her hand currently was; in Storm's. "And I don't want to talk to you Jake. Not now. Not ever – which is what I told you on the phone right before I suggested you moved on,"

"Move on?" he asked indecorously and stepped forward, almost too close at this point.

"Who the fuck is this?" Craig finally asked, anger coating his voice. Camilla couldn't turn around, not when her eyes were fixated on Jake before her, she just couldn't pull them away.

Jake sneered, "She didn't tell you about me? I was her boyfriend in New York." The action alone completely ruined her perception of him. But from that very moment, Camilla looked at him differently. His blond hair appeared dull, his eyes lifeless and his frame was nothing compared to the man beside her. But that was beside the point because he didn't have any good him.

Perhaps any remnants of good that had been present in Jake remained back in America.

However, at that moment, Storm curled his hand around her and took a step forward, not letting go. "You were her ex," he said. "You aren't together anymore, mate. So please, get the fuck over it."

Jake eyed up Storm, crossing his arms over his chest. "Mate, this is between me and her. Not you. So, go play with whatever fucking balls you normally do and fuck off. If anything, she's with you as a rebound."

"Wow," Rosa whispered behind them, remaining silent for a moment. But then she pushed forward and pointed a finger at Jake. "You just insulted me there, you wanker. They're amazing together and clearly your relationship wasn't worth talking about if she didn't mention it. Secondly, I don't even understand what she saw in you because you're unbelievably rude an-"

"You think you know her so well," Jake said, almost mockingly. He swatted away the finger that Rosa pointed at him, earning a glare from Craig who stepped forward and brought her backwards. "She," he pointed at Camilla who felt the blood leave her face. "Has a fucking shit load of secrets that she didn't tell you. I'm talking a lot,"
