The teacher was talking, and Kagami knew that she should be paying attention, but she couldn't get herself to focus. Her mind kept going back to the words that Mori had said to her earlier that day. Your smile really is beautiful. For some reason, those words had really shaken her up. It wasn't normal for her to react like that, although it wasn't often that she got compliments. But when Hikaru and Kaoru had told her her smile was pretty, it had been more creepy than embarrassing. When Mori said it, however, she had been so embarrassed, and happy.

Kagami sighed quietly and stared down at her notebook. What was wrong with her? She couldn't afford to let another person affect her so much. She was already completely different because of Hotaru, and Kyou had invaded her life at the pace of a hurricane. No one else could be allowed to shake up her life so much. But Mori . . . he refused to leave her in peace. Even though he wasn't pushy or forceful, he always made sure that she knew he was there, that she would be aware of his presence in her life. It was frustrating.

The bell for the end of school rang and Kagami jerked her head up. Crap! She needed to get out of here. Tamaki had been serious when he had said he was going to send Mori to get her after school, and Kagami was not prepared to face him again yet. She also didn't want to get dragged into any more of the host clubs business.

Hastily, Kagami shoved her things into her bag and stood up. Quickly,  walked to the door of the classroom, going as fast as she could without actually looking like she was hurrying. She was halfway across the room when two figures blocked her way.

"Sorry," the twins chanted, "but we're not supposed to let you get away."

"I'd like to see the two of you stop me." Kagami said.

As she spoke, she dodged around them and walked to the door before they could catch her. She made it out the door and part way down the hallway before a hand reached out and grabbed her arm, forcefully bringing her to a stop.

"Nice try Ka-chan!" Turning, Kagami saw Honey smiling up at her, his hand around her wrist. Secretly, she was relieved that it was him, and not Mori, who had stopped her. Although Mori was there too, standing silently beside Honey.

"You can't escape that easily." Honey continued, his voice far too cheerful.

Kagami shrugged as she surreptitiously attempted to pull her wrist out of Honey's grasp. But his hand wouldn't budge at all. He really was a lot stronger than he looked.

"It was worth a shot." She said calmly.

"Well," Honey said, "at least you made it past Hikaru and Kaoru."

"Of course I did." Kagami replied, still trying unsuccessfully to pull her arm away.

"What's that supposed to mean?" Kagami looked over at Hikaru and Kaoru, who were standing next to Mori and glaring at her.

"I think you know what it means." Kagami retorted.

"Okay, no fighting." Honey broke in, shaking his index finger in a scolding manner. "Tama-chan is waiting for us."

"If you think I'm going with you, you're mistaken." Kagami said. She gave one more vigorous tug on her arm, but Honey was immovable! It wasn't fair that someone so tiny could have so much strength.

"Sorry Ka-chan," Honey chirped, "but Tama-chan told us to bring you, so we're bringing you. And besides, it will be more fun if you come!"

"You think bringing her will be fun?" Hikaru interrupted, an expression of disbelief on his face.

Kagami glared at him. "Although I don't appreciate your statement, I do agree with it. Bringing me is not going to be fun."

"I think it will be." Honey said, blinking innocently up at her. "And you're not going to argue your way out of this Ka-chan. You're coming whether you want to or not. And if you don't come willingly, Takashi will carry you."
