Ellie

     I walked away from the table, leaving the trio in confusion and probably worried. I hate it when I cry in front of people, so I went to go find somewhere isolated and quiet. Everyone would be at the cafeteria, so just sitting in a random hallway would do. 

     I sat and held my knees close to my chest as I put my head down and quietly let out the tears. My uncle was a great guy and may have also been my best friend. I loved when he'd visit and bring small gifts. Sometimes it would be a small toy he found, other times it would be food from the cheapest store. When he first got sick about 2 months ago, I was scared to death about what would happen. My uncle was strong but old. I don't know how he got sick when he was always so healthy.  

     After calming down a bit, I went to the restrooms to wash my face. In there, I found Star and Paulina. They looked at me with disgusted faces.

"Aw, have you been crying?" Paulina asked. I didn't respond. I just wanted to be left alone for a bit until I had calmed down completely. 

"She totally has been crying! You can see it on her face!" Star said pointing at me. I was begining to get annoyed but continued my attempt to ignore them.

"Are you crying because you were rejected? I can understand why. You're not even wearing this month's lipstick colour. It's True Pink for this month."

"Listen. Can you just not talk to me? I want to be left alone for a while." I said in my most calm voice. 

"Fine, but don't come crying to us if you can't get a date to the dance." Paulina and Star left me to be by myself. Just as soon as the doors close, they open again and another girl comes in. She minds her own business as she washes her hands that were full of something that seemed like white goop.

     The girl had the white goop in her hair as well, but from what I can see, she had dark purple hair. She wore a dirty and dark sweater and back jeans stained with the white goop. Did they have a food fight?

"Looks like that was some food fight." I comment.

"Yeah, it was pretty cool... until I was caught in the crossfire. At least I got Paulina and Dash." the dirty girl laughed.

"Nice!" I laughed. "My name's Ellie."

"I'm Chrissy Xail." she smiled. We both gave smal laughs. Suddenly we heard so many people screaming and the sound of a stampede of students running out the school. We poked our heads out and saw a HUGE dog growling and chasing after someone. Then the famous ghost boy chasing after the dog. He had stopped when he saw us and said, "I think you should run. It's not safe in school for now." Then he continued to chase after the dog. Chrissy and I ran out the school as soon as it was clear.

     Once out of the school, Chrissy and I talked for a little bit to get rid of the traumatic experience we just witnessed. We had a lot in common and decided to hang out more later. I invited her to go shopping with me and Sam the day we arranged.

"Sounds like fun." Chrissy said. 

"Ok, so then it's set! See you then!" I smiled. We parted ways. I went home to finish up the homework I had recieved for that day. I explained to my parents about ow there was an attack and school was let out early, though, I left out the part about the HUGE dog and the ghost boy knowing they wouldn't believe me if I had said.
