Alright guys, here's the part 2 that no one asked for, but I'm going to post anyway because it'll make me feel productive.  I know that this is all old works of mine that I'm posting, but I've taken an interest in other YouTube fandoms besides the SidePack stuff, so I don't know how much more I'll be posting here.  Anyway, hope you enjoy (if anyone is actually reading this...)

I don't know how I feel about another child of the Big Three.  We're rare for a reason.  The whole shadow thing Vikk did is going to give me nightmares for eternity.  But yet, I still feel bad for him.  At the campfire tonight, he's going to be claimed by the most feared god ever.  And he knows it's going to happen as well.  I guess at least he got a heads up, but that's not going to be enough.  But the pressure he has on his shoulders is strong.  If only I can do something to help him...

I'm silent on the way to Brandon's cabin.  Because the Capture the Flag gamed ended a lot sooner than anticipated, we have about an hour of free time before the campfire.  I'm still trying to absorb the impact of Vikk's godly parent.  A son of Hades.  Never before have three children of the Big Three been alive in the same time zone.  And all three of us have different godly parents.  Vikk's going to be bullied to no end by everyone or just simply ignored.  There's no doubt about it.

Both Brandon and I have felt the pain of being an outcast, even if I only felt it for the day's gap between me being claimed and Brandon and I becoming best friends.  I didn't expect Brandon to help me because of Zeus's rival with Poseidon, but he did anyways.  A child of Athena was teasing me when Brandon completely doused her in water.  He comforted me by telling me there was a reason Poseidon and Athena are enemies.  Since then, we have always stuck together.  I know no matter how he treated us in the past, I'm going to be there for him.  And besides, he wasn't being mean because he wanted us to suffer, unlike the others.

"Hey," Brandon says, cutting off my thought track.  We walk into the Poseidon cabin and sit on Brandon's bed.  "What's bothering you?"

"Nothing," I say, even though Brandon knows I'm lying.  He knows me too well.  "I'm fine."

"Come on," Brandon says.  "You were up in a tree when I found you.  Something obviously happened while I was gone.  What happened?"

I don't want to talk about it right now.  I know I'm going to have to make an excuse in order to escape from this encounter.  Well, delay it, at least.  Which I only need to delay until the campfire.  After that, I feel like I can open up.  Vikk won't appreciate me telling anyone what happened before the campfire.  Even if that person is Brandon.  Hey, wait a minute.  Idea incoming.  I bet you the Hades cabin is dusty from being vacant so long...

"Hey, I have some cleaning I need to do, and I want to get it done before the campfire," I say.  "I better get started now.  Goodbye!"

I leave before Brandon can respond.  He's going to get the truth about what happened, but after Vikk gets claimed, not before.  He eventually squeezes everything out of me, and this time will be no exception.  I'm just delaying, and we both know that.  Which is good because I want to delay.  I go into my own cabin and gather my cleaning supplies, as well as some additional decorative items like paint.  I'm the one who usually cleans both my cabin and Brandon's cabin.  Surely the Hades cabin cannot be worse than when I first cleaned Zeus's cabin.  That would be impossible.

I make sure no one can see me when I enter the Hades cabin.  I don't need any more rumors flying around.  A son of Zeus entering the Hades cabin with no reason would raise a lot of suspicion.  The insults have recently calmed down, and I don't want them to start again, but they will start with Vikk's claiming.  There's been no excitement for so long at camp, so things are going to be hectic.  Hades claiming a child doesn't happen everyday.
