Penguin Fate

Penguins... penguins everywhere... that's all my eyes saw over the vast ice, I didn't even feel the chill that started creepy up my body as I visibly shivered. The two figures out on the water had Yamis' attention with worry, Tea was trapped in ice while a classy dressed penguin dueled her.

"Ok that wasn't smart." I groaned from the floor looking at the empty blue ceiling "I told you to wait." Yami spoke with a slight tone of sass "Impatient." I mumbled getting up and rubbing my head "These doors aren't like the other few we passed. They have stars above them." He walked around the 4 door room pointing to the different star patterns "Oh! I remember! Each level of stars shows how powerful a spell or magic card is casted on the door!" I jumped up happily with myself "Are you sure?" He looked at me with a raised brow "Do you doubt my smarts?" I forced a lisp with a pout "No of course not!" He shouted with a face of regret causing me to laugh.

"Yay! We made it!" We ran out of the last door, we had to bust the spells and magic in order from lowest to highest and pass the doors before we were free. We ran out towards the light and ended up in an empty ice land full of penguins, the frozen bird people of the naked north.

I reassured him with a gently hand pat on the shoulder, I don't know why but him staring at her with such intensity made me jealous 'Come on (Y/N), this isn't the time for petty jealousy.' I mentally scorned myself.

He placed his hand over mine and sighed as we waited for the dull to be over. She pulled through in the end and the fancy penguin vanished in a rage, she had fallen from her icy tomb and passed out, we ran up to her worried, as we got close we noticed she was breathing. "She's freezing, let her borrow your jacket." I knelt down and reached my arm out for his jacket, he shimmed it off and handed it to me as I dropped it over. "She will be alright, right?" He asked nervous "Yeah, she'll wake up soon." I placed the jacket over her shoulders as we waited

A few moments had passed and she finally woke up, after telling us about what had happened since we got her, we all started heading out, she held onto his jacket, I got to cuddle the real thing. While we were leaving to look for the others Yami had noticed me shivering, he had asked me about it but I brushed it off and said I would be fine.

Yamis' P.O.V

"Ya know (Y/N)s' been freezing for a while now." Yugi spook up as he floated next to me, keeping and eye on Tea as she walked ahead of us. "I am aware." I spoke mentally "Why not make a move." Yugi gave me an odd suggestive look "Excuse me?" I choked on my own spit earning a worried look from (Y/N) "Sorry, tickle in my throat." I faked coughed as she nodded and looked away "Tell her she looks cold and swing your arm around her, your freezing too and Tea has MY jacket." Yugi rolled his eyes "No way! I can't just make a move on her! She deserves a nice date before I make any sort of moves!" I ranted to the smaller teen "Either you do it! Or I ruin your chance by coming out!" He shouted pointing to the puzzle to show his truth in his words "Fine alright!" I blushed looking over at the sweet girl walking next to me.

I took a deep breath "You look cold, (Y/N)." Once those words left my mouth I swung my arm over her and pulled her close to my form.

Your P.O.V

When he pulled me in I instinctively wrapped my arm over his waist and clinging to him, causing me to blush, I let go "Don't let go." He ordered with a weaver in his voice, I nodded slowly bringing my arm back to grab his shirt as we kept walking, unbeknownst to me of the dancing ghost teen floating next to us.
