Second Round Begin

I was going to do this on Valentine's like my other two stories but sadly, stuff happened. So instead I am going to update twice today for you dear readers to make up for it.

'Whose idea was it for a freaking blimp duel anyway?' I thought to myself. We were on top of the blimp, small railing around to keep us from falling and a little stage in the center for the duels. Mei and Bakura were standing there ready to duel, Bakura was evil Bakura! Not surprised really, everyone was watching, nothing was at stake this time, it wasn't a shadow duel or anything, but Bakura was not a threat to be taken lightly.

Mei had 2 monsters out and 3 face down cards, Bakura at no monsters and 4 face downs. I had lost interest, my gaze landed on Marik clutching the millennium rode tightly between his butt cheeks, or at least that's what I like to say, he didn't actually have it on him, he was still seen as an innocence of this game, Ishizu stood next to me watching, Kaiba and Mokuba stood on the opposite end of the stage.

It came to an end about 28 minutes later and Mei won, she most likely will be going against possessed Marik next round, Bakura left immediately while everyone congratulated Mei on her win, I stood on the side lines not sure what to do, "Next up is Joey and Ishizu!" Mokuba announced cheerfully "What!? Like right now!? No break!?" Joey whined "Yeah, I'd like to get this round over with so I can check on a few things, get moving mutt." Kaiba grumbled "Stop calling me that! I'm not a dog!" Joey barked back as Ishizu walked onto the stage with Joey following.

Once the duel started Ishizu made it clear she was skilled, Joey started getting cocky to make up for his panic of losing "You got this Joey!" Tea cheered "Don't panic!" Tristen shouted 'Like that will help.' I scuffed, Yugi glanced at me "Something wrong?" He asked softly "Nah, I'm fine." I answered back, he nodded and looked back at the duel.

"What does she get to have a break before her duel!?" Joey ran up to Kaiba grabbing his collar in anger "Because I have things to do." He grabbed Joeys' wrist and shoved it away before heading back into the blimp followed by his sibling. Joey won his match and Kaiba ordered a break, causing the blond to get mad "What makes you so special to get a break!?" He looked over at me with mock tears in his eyes "Because I'm cute." I stuck my tongue out following Kaiba down into the blimp to get some food.

Once inside the kitchen I started rummaging around the cabinets for a snack. Today was a stress case honestly, I have been trying to figure out my play in all this, I shouldn't even be dueling, I should be a cheerleader on the side lines for Yugi, Yami and Joey but nope. Fate has other ideas. "That looks yummy!?" The Dragon cheered inside my head, I had made myself some soup and a sandwich with a soda to drink, I brought it over to the table and started eating "It tastes yummy too." I giggled eating another spoon full.

"Nervous about your duel?" Yugi walked in as I finished my sandwich "Not really." I lied "I'm sure I can handle it." I lied once more "Are you sure? Your hand is tapping the soda can." He smiles softly pointing to my finger that was subconsciously tapping the top of the can "Ok maybe belittle nervous. The duels I had during the first round didn't have anyone watching... but you guys are going to watch... a little nerve racking honestly." I took a sip "Well I was watching when you dueled the Pharaoh the first time, when you showed off your deck." He admitted "You were!?" I gasped, I not once thought about him watching "Yeah, I was curious, so I watched." He shrugged "I guess you have a little bit of stage fright." He looked at me "Massive stage fright some what." I gulped down the soda

'You know... Ra is more intimidating in person than on screen." I inhaled at my thought Odion had summoned The Wing Dragon of Ra... ya know the fake version but it had reverted into a sphere refusing to obey him "How about we call this duel even and go get some cake?" I spoke up "I honestly don't want to deal with an angry Go-ok never mind!" I shouted as thunder cracked across the sky and lightning landed just next to me "(Y/N)!" Most everyone shouted in worry "I'm ok! Just dodging lightning." I jumped around as the lightning tried to do me a one hit KO. "Kaiba call the duel off!" Tristen shouted over the thunder "Not on her life." He spoke with his arms crossed Odion was standing still as lighting cracked around him.

A few more moments of being flapping around like a fish a huge crackle was heard and another bolt landed directly onto Odion shocking his still form, once the bolt faded he fell to his knees "Odion!" I screamed running up to him as another bolt flashed in front of me "Damn it Kaiba stop the duel!" Tea and Joey yelled as everyone else looked on in shock unsure of what to do "(Y/N) look out!" Yamis' voice shouted as another bolt crashed down I looked up to see it coming at me, instinctively I crouched down and covered my head as I moved closer, I heard it land but my body wasn't dealt damage, a moment later I looked up to see a gold belly hovering inches above me.
