"I am still not talking to you. Go away." Yugis' voice sounded through the silent room as he worked on his homework at his desk 'Please Yugi I don't know what to do.' A deeper voice spoke behind the teen "No. When she comes you are talking to her and suffering through it, I am not helping you." The young teen was growing impatient with the ghost 'She isn't going to show up! It's been 4 days, I hurt her she isn't going to want me after that.' His voice held sorrow as he sat in the bed, his head down in shame "I am sure she feels the same." Yugi shrugged finishing an equation as a knock hit the door "Who there!?" Both their heads lifted to look at the door "A door." A soft pained voice spoke "A door who?" Yugi stood and headed to the door "A door is in my way, how about you let me in." They smiled as the door was unlocked "Just give me a minute." The shorter teen spun around with a stern look at his dead partner.
The pharaoh stiffened in his spot shaking his head 'No I am not ready to face her!' He waved his hands and shook his head "To bad get out here!" Yugi pointed to the floor "Don't force my hand." He whispered.

A light shined underneath Yugis' door I swallowed the lump in my throat as footsteps were heard from the other side 'Good luck.' Kami dragon giggled as the door opened and there he stood, Barnie! No I wish it was him, Yami stood there with a look of dread "Uh... Hi." He looked me over before moving to the side "Hi." I shuffled inside as he closed the door "How are you?" I asked trying to calm my nerves "Decent." He sat at the desk as I stood "You?" He looked everywhere but me "So... talk about what happened I guess." I bit my lip this was so nerve wracking for me, even in the past we never fought. "Want to start? Or..." He rubbed the back of his neck "I'm sorry... I didn't notice that me talking to Duke made you angry, but had you actually told me then I would have fixed it... but it's also my fault for not realizing it l. I guess I don't know you as well as I thought I did." My feet look so cute in these shoes, as the words floated in the air I silently suffocated on it.

"You really going to let her stand there, horrible." Yugi whispered in his ear "Sit down!" Yami sat straighter and spoke sternly causing (Y/N) flinched back "I mean, please sit down." He cleared his voice and gestured to the bed "And scared her... wow 10 points to you." The short teen shook his head 'Shut it... I have no idea what to say.' He mentally voiced his concerned "Just tell her the truth." Yugi vanished after that "I should have told you, but I should have stopped Vivian, I was just so angry about Duke and not having your attention I wanted you to feel how I felt." He chuckled lightly "Sounds so cliche now that I say it." He looked to his lap for a few "I'm sorry."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Few more moments of silence we sat there, letting the others words sink in before I voiced my fears "So... what should we do now?" It was a stupid question causing me to blush "Are we still ok or?" He asked with a worried tone "I think we are... promise to force our feelings better in the future and tell the other when something is wrong..." I finally managed to look up at him "Agreed." Our eyes met causing me to tear up in relief, my body moved on its own and I was hugging him forcing his face to my chest, he didn't complain just wrapped his arms around me.
The night we spend moving around the house holding each others hand, fell asleep on the couch like normal and woke up cuddling on the floor with a few extra blankets on us and breakfast being made.
