"Oh hey guys, how ya doing?" I faked innocents as I looked up at my dear old friends "Don't play with us, what the hell happened to you!?" Joey balled his hands into fists, they all looked at me with mixed emotions, happiness I was alive, hatred for faking my death, and anger for fooling them. "Whatever do you mean?" I smirked, Yugi didn't deserve this, but the rest... the rest do.

I met Joeys' eyes as he held back the desire to hit me "Oh you mean the fake my death prank." I waved my hand nonchalantly "I was just playing. I guess sense you all tossed me into a desert with little to now water, I assumed you all wanted me dead." I shrugged holding no real emotion to my features "They did what?" Yugis' voice was hoarse, he must have been crying over my false death for a while "They didn't tell you?" I tilted my head "I knew your soul was going to be stolen, they found out I knew, and left me in the desert while they went to look for you." I stated matter-o-factly, his face changed from sorrow to shock to horror in the matter of a minute "You guys did what!?" He stepped back looking at them, they all held shame looking at the ground as Tristen nodded slowly "We... there is no excuse, we left her." Tea frowned.

Silence fell over us as Yugi processed this, the bell even rang but none of us made a motion to move back to class "So I'm alive, never really died. Just wanted to get back at you for leaving me." I stood up dumping my lunch into the trash "You went to far." Joey hissed looking up at me "Did I? I mean yeah Yugi and Serenity didn't deserve to go through that, they didn't understand why it happened. But the rest of you," I turned around and met their gaze "You deserved it, you left me for death, you went to far that day with me, friends stick through thick and thin, they DON'T LEAVE WHEN IT GETS HARD!" My vocal rang rose with the finally words they flinched at the volume "Now excuse me, I actually was looking forward to this lesson, and I'm already 3 minutes late."  I turned on my heel and left the roof.

Back in class I was taking notes from the board, I could feel their eyes on me sometimes, when the finale bell rang I took my time leaving. At my locker is when they ambushed me, they surrounded me as I put my things away "How did you manage to fake your death? What happened to the body!?" Tristen , who was to my right blocking the front door to the school asked "Kaiba, he had it made and paid for its return." I closed my locker door "No move please." I looked at him only to receive a no "Why would Kaiba do that?" Tea asked this time from behind me, Joey was on my left and Yugi stood in the door way "Because he likes to see you all suffer. Don't get me wrong it took me 3 hours to talk him into it." I waved the question off.

After I answered all of their annoying questions they allowed me to leave, once home I helped cook dinner, finished my homework and took shower, while on my bed Yugi called my cell.

"Yellow?"

"(Y/N) c-can we hang out?"

"Sure baby panda when and where? Wait this isn't a trap right?"

"No, I know the prank wasn't directed towards me... but I know you won't want to hang out with the others, so I thought... just you and me ya know?"

"Sure when and where?"

"We start spring break tomorrow, how about we meet at the park at... 10, I doubt you'd want to wake up to early."

"Ok see ya then."

Once we said our good nights and sleep wells we hung up. It better just be him.
