Short update.

I sat on the soft grass in the forest, last I remembered we fell threw a hole in that tower, when I woke up I was in a forest next to an unconscious Yugi. He looks peaceful and even let out light snores, I stayed near him looking around, the forest was calm but eerily silent.

A few more moment passed and he finally woke up, he let out a light yawn and rubbed his eyes "Morning sleepy head." I coed with a laugh "Morning." He sat up and yawned again "Where are we?" He looked around with sleepy eyes "A lovely eerie forest." I stood up and brushed myself off "Come on, we should be looking for the others." I held my hand out for him which he took and stood up.

We explore the forest, it was nice but now creatures roamed around "Do you know... what's going on?" He asked giving me a glance "Yep. Nothing to worry about." I shrugged as he exhaled and smiled "Good. I'm all for adventure but I worry about my friends." He looked forward "Don't worry, Tristan will be just as much of a monkey as he always is. Joey will be full of energy and Tea will be fine." I shrugged again "What about Mokuba and Kaiba?" He was concerned for their safety "Both will be fine in the end. Let us just focus on us for now." I waved his concern off "Us?" He mumbled.

Yugis' P.O.V

"Us?" I mumbled those words seemed familiar, odd. "Don't even think about it!" Yamis' voice boomed as he fizzled into existence next to me and floated by "I called dibs first!" He spoke firmly "You can't call dibs on someone!" I spoke mentally his face dead panned "Yes... well..." he coughed nervously "Oh wow... you have a crush on her!" I screamed in my head "What! No way!" He blushed faintly and looked the other way "This is a side of you I've never seen. I thought I was the cute one." I chuckled "How about you walk next to her then." I wiggled my brow at the ghost "I am not cute! I don't have a crush on her! She just is... familiar to me and I want to know why." He spoke bluntly "Sure. Well take control and find out why." I laughed and forced him into my body and let him out.

Your P.O.V

A light flashed next to me, I shelled my eyes I didn't even have to look I sent him a smile as he looked around confused "Seriously Yugi! I was fine just floating by! Seriously you can't just force me out without a reason!" He shouted at the puzzle like in that one episode I burst out laughing as memories of the abridged version came to mind, I laughed so hard my sides hurt.

When I calmed down I looked back at the past husband and smiled "Yo." I laughed softly and waved at him "Uh... Hello." He spoke nervously "How have you been?" I leaned forward still smiling, causing him to lean back "I am good. You?" He cleared his throat and started speed walking away from me "I am fine." I answered and walked behind him. "Did Yugi get tired of walking? Or maybe I bored him?" I questioned to the star head in front of me "No he thought I needed some fresh air." He gulped "No offence but dead guys don't need air." I shrugged "I told him the exact same thing." He turned his head to look at me "You always were bad a lying to me." I laughed "What was that?" He turned to me more "Nothing." I spoke quickly.

"Follow the river, leads to a lake, make progress get out of this arc faster." I spoke as we found a little clearing with a river "You sure?" He asked with his arms crossed "Ya got your duel disk?" I looked at his wrist where the device was placed "Don't I always?" He lifted it up to show me "Goody." I grabbed his hand and started walking near the river "This way." I dragged him with me. "Since we are alone, could you tell me more about this whole you being from another world thing?" He caught up to me and was walking next to me, I let go of his hand when he caught up only for him to grab it back "I'm well... I was going to school, my family provided for me but I wasn't much for spending time with others. I was a loner, I chilled and played video games and watched tv." I paused "I was an involuntary teachers pet and got most straight As'." I took another pause "Sound boring." He looked at me "It was, it was routine and I actually wished for more excitement. I had gotten a cold, so I messed a few days of school, when I came back we were handed permission slips to get signed, turns out it was so we could to to Egypt. Ironic huh?" I smirked "Anyway, we go, I didn't get paired with anyone due to my teacher let status and was left to chill with myself. We went to an excavation sight I started talking to this random voice and ended up in a cave where I got this card." I pulled out my deck with my free hand, I pulled out Guardian Kami Dragon and showed him "It turns out the voice was the cards when I picked it up I...." I paused finding my words "I ended up in this world." I lied "That must have been a shock." He looked at the card "Yep, finding out that I ended up in a cartoon I grew up watching was a shocker." I snickered.
