It's too long you thought. You have not seen Grillby for the straight two weeks just as Sans said so why hasn't he come by to visit or pick you up yet after that? You waited patiently for him, for another couple of days still no sign or news from the others. You feel rather blank and lonely by this fact that remains valid for the time being.

Loneliness that feeling again. You hated it like always. You want to see him again, but that wish won't come true anytime soon.

Slouching on the couch bore out, not paying any attention to the anime that is now about some boy with dark hair has overwhelming psychic powers. You were too focus about the lack of knowledge about how Grillby was doing or his whereabouts are.

"Hey (Y/N), you need some pep talk?" Undyne asked turning the TV off who sees your little interest of the show along with the negative energy.

You shrugged, your mind state is blank yet full of thoughts at the same time. You didn't bother to make eye contact only to stare aimlessly at the rug that covers the dark wooden floor.

"Then I'll take that as a yes then..." Undyne replied. She is on her guard, but still trusts me, you thought as you read the blue fish body language and tone of voice. She scoots closer to you leaning forward. Her elbows are sitting on the thighs with hands laced together, but not closed. The composure is relaxed yet stiff at the same time.

"So." The fish speaks, "What's been bothering you?"

"...."
It took some time to clear the muggy mind state you were in earlier to give a response.

"I missed Grillby."

You noticed a jerk from Undyne as a reaction to your answer at the corner of your line of sight. She does hid it quickly, but not quick enough to not see her left eye widen in her cold stone expression. She knows something you do not know, for this would not surprise her so easily.

"Hey, (Y/N) just to let you know Grillby is going to be extra busy than normal. He's fine so don't you worry about him being hurt."

That does relieved the worry of him not coming back, along with another thought of being abandoned.

"Undyne..."

"Yeah?"

"What happened at the backyard?"
There goes that shock again on Undyne's face.

"I know very well I did something wrong. Did I.... hurt someone?" Your memory did not fail you. That's the only reason why Sans would be so mean to you indirectly. He even said it when you first stayed in this house. You may not seem to care at times instead you are fully aware about the list of consequences that may happen to you. Habits from the asylum just won't die off so easily. You crave for something for a long time you don't know why. You have not told Alphys that yet.

You need to tell her you thought the cravings are getting stronger than before. It causes you to get close to the knife at times wanting to cut to relieve that craving. But that doesn't work at all, shadows and figures you were able to see more fluently and recent also. You do not know what happens when you went completely blank, believing you only pass out. Now it became much more clear that is not the case. You were doing something, even so that was mostly involuntary...... is it? You do not remember at all. Then it struck you making you want to keep slapping yourself up for forgetting the main reason why you start having these cravings.

"I..... I think now is not the right time to tell you this." Undyne stated.

Well Alphys is not here only she is here, it's better need nothing. You decide to tell her your cravings. The expression she has is not the same as the one earlier, is rather overwhelmed by all this detail you given to someone like her. Though she waste little time grabbing the your wrist barged out of the house to bring this news to Alphys.

It turns out your thoughts are right about the cravings. You used to have weekly doses of whatever drug that input to you, but ever since the sudden cut of the dose causes the violence behaviors everyone was experiencing. That fact startled you for you never have any intentions to harm others, especially Grillby.

Alphys was in shock to realized the main cause. There was drugs in your system, yes, but it does not tell so clearly that it was given at a certain schedule. It seems the side effects are catching up to you after a period of time without the drug. A relief to know, but a concerning question risen.

"(Y/N), it is ok for you to keep on going through the process of detoxification only? For it may be too much for you to handle that you may end up needing to take the drug only to lengthen the time after each take to ease the hardship." Alphys asked worried, trying to find the best way to prevent possible damages. You shook your head in refusal, willing to take a risk. You wanted to remove every last bit of control that place has on you.  You're doing this for you and everyone.

Although little did you know Grillby was at court to testify the incident you and him first met along with other information. Whom he is up against is the same doctor, Dr. Wilson, the one who treated you so horribly. He has some of his workers with him as witnesses.

Dr.Wilson's lawyer was in defense position to Grillby who is the persecutor.
"So the patient you recently taking care of. Have they done any physical injuries on to you or anyone?" The man in the business suit questions walking towards the monster that sits in the witness seat with a intimidating racial aura.

The fire monster was not bothered by this for he knows well everyone is afraid of him. All humans are not so relaxed when it comes with fire that can be ready to spread, expect for people who love fire like you. They have the officers prepared with something a little extra for the unique case, that is fire extinguishers. But what really bothers him was the question he was asked.

Just tell the truth Grillby there's no need to get worked up so easily yet, he told himself as he speaks.
"No sir, they have not harm anyone but me."

The lawyer wasn't the only one who is surprised by this. The doctor, judge and juries were taken back.
"They harmed you? Someone who is made out of fire is harmed by a pyromaniac?" The lawyer continued.

"Yes sir, indeed they did. Only it was out of anger when I held them back from doing anything brash or reckless."

"What were they doing before you stopped them?" The lawyer seems he will be interrogating Grillby with lists of questions whenever he has a chance to.

"...."
"They were beating an animal."

"Why didn't you speak about the animal earlier?"

"Why sir, it's because you asked if they harmed anyone. I assume you mean people only, not animals also."

"Well don't you monsters also have animal features? Doesn't that make those who has those animals?"

This is going to far. He thought, but he was able to keep a stone poker face with the help of his glasses that help hid some emotions in his eyes. He going to win this case all for him to keep custody of you, to keep you safe. Not allowing you being taken by another hospital again nor be under any harmful medication.

Not at all, not without a fight.
