After the interrogations of questions from both lawyers to the opposing clients it was the court is at recess. People filed out one after another left with no words but the clicking heels of dress shoes to do the talking of farewell to the dark wooded room. Leaving one monster standing in the midst of silence. Grillby pinches the bridge of his nose inhaled deeply and exhaled with a bit of smoke that trickled out by the remaining air.

' Maintain calm Grillby. You must not go rogue over on the indirect insults he attacks at you, at monsters and especially (Y/N).' Although the fire monster is in need of time to let out some steam from building up as he exits the courtroom. The clicks from the shoes become soft thumps against the carpeted hallway. He adjusts his tie of the dark navy blue suit he wore for court.

The verbal attacks were so infuriating, that it is a good thing Undyne is not here as a officer to keep the peace for she will continually death glare at that lawyer and stab him with one of her spears by the sheer number of indirect insults he has in his pocket.

"Your Honor, this case was not met to be for anyone, anyone. The runaway patient must be put back where they were that has all the help they need. For they can not even think for theirselves unlike us normal citizens. Those without regulations they became a threat to society harming the innocent."

Just how in the world the judge has not noticed the forceful tones from that lawyer or to even bother questioning the words he spoke.
The court is recessed for a few hours for lunch. The case has been in court for only half a day and yet it's already stressful.

"Grillby!"

'Alphys?' Grillby thought turns to see the source was indeed of course Alphys who was speed running with Sans just casually follows. There were looks from the staff of the building with variety of reactions to the two new monsters that entered.

Alphys was out of breath when she stood in front of him. "Grill- *gasp* -by I have big news *huff* to tell you." The draco was struggling to speak any further only to recover by a styrofoam cup of water at one of the discussion rooms near the main courtroom across the halls.

Alphys: "Grillby, I have found evidence that will help you win the case."

Grillby: "What!?"

Alphys: "It turns out that (Y/N)'s violent behaviors were caused by addictions to drugs that they were not prescribed to. This will put Dr. Wilson in a bad position for this will add upon his list of crimes they will find."

Grillby: "Alphys that's great news. Thank you very much, I couldn't get through without you and the others help."

Alphys: "Yes but...."

Hearing her confidences wavering the worry drips it's way through his burning heart.

Alphys: "But the hardest part to win is to show (Y/N) is..... well stable. Meaning they have to be in a hospital to prove that nonetheless."

Grillby: "No that is not happening on my watch. No, a firm no."

He is here to keep them safe not putting them in another building for the sick-minded again. This triggered his stress level up extremely fumes of smoke flows out as he speaks and from his body. Filling the room with smoke just like the incident at Toriel's.

Alphys: "Grillby..."

This anger has put to a stop if it wasn't for the skeleton to speak up convincing him.

Sans: "Grillby, pal. You need to, no have to do this or else all this work and effort you put will go to waste. And that means you will lose them forever unable to visit nor make any form of contact to them."

Grillby: "......."

Sans: "For two weeks Grillby. Just two weeks and this will be over with. I know they won't like this, but I know you're not willing to give (Y/N) up. Do this for them, OKAY?"

Grillby: "Alright I'll do it...."

The smoke has lessened but that wasn't enough to activate the sprinklers on the ceiling to start at the hallways. The smoke has traveled under the crack of the door. Screams of surprise and shock traveled as the victims of the attack of water pouring the whole building. People scurried scattering for cover from being soaked.

...............

"Well that was 'sprink'taculer," the short skeleton joked with sweat drop on him.

Despite the bad joke this does make today's case shorter allowing everyone to leave and wait for a few days to recover the soaked interior of the courthouse. Giving time to prepare for the next argument, but that was not the main thought Grillby has. He finally has the time to see you.

The trio of monsters were the lucky ones not getting wet if it weren't them to not leave the room sooner. Arriving at the front of Toriel's home they all entered only to be greeted by Tori, Frisk, Undyne and Papyrus but not you. You're nowhere in sight of the living room.

This saddens him, until Undyne said this, "Hold on, stay there and do not even move a muscle yet." Undyne walks toward the first steps of the stair case and shout at the top of her lungs, "(Y/N)! Get your but down here Grillby is back!"

Just like Flash you run down the step as if you're floating when you heard that one name. You stood there amazed by his new attire other then his bartender's clothes. There also was disbelief in your eyes that he was back after over a month that start to feel wet with tears.

You greetings for him was a tackle hug making the inferno man fall back landing on his bum instead of face by the last one. He holds you in his arm who was sobbing overwhelmed of joy by his visit. He so happy to see you not bothered by the tight dead grip you are giving him.

So warm you thought in your embrace as you let go wiping the tears away with the back and palms of your hands. The others were silents dare not to ruin the moment, until you gave him a punch that is stronger then expected thanks to Undyne raising your physical stats. Grillby wrapped his sore stomach and you hugged him again scolding him on what took him so long along with the worries you have to deal with.

'I guess, I have to tell (Y/N) going to a mental hospital another day... '
