I'm sitting on my bed petting Gulliver. I began to think about the school and all of my friends... and Fred. I let a smile crawl across my face.

Speaking of friends, where are they? I look around and I'm the only one in the dorms. I look out the window, most people were with their friends, some were reading.

Curious as to where my friends were, I get out of my four-poster, and make my way down into the common room. There were only a few people down there. I didn't know any of them but Alex.

"Oh, hey Alex! Whatcha reading?" I ask, walking up to him, noticing he has a book. "Hey Emily! I'm just reading an old book. It's full of different poems by Edgar Allan Poe." he explains. "Oh! I love his work! I even have The Raven memorized!" I said proudly. "Wow, impressive." he says, "But," he continues, "I have that and The Pit and The Pendulum memorized." he finished. I roll my eyes. "Whatever." I say sarcastically. We laughed.

"Mind if I take a look?" I ask. "Sure, go ahead." he says, handing me the book. I close it and examine it's cover. The paper of the hard covering was falling off and the corners of the pages were bent and soft. It was an old book. I open it back up in the middle, the words were slightly faded. I flip through the book, not looking for anything in particular. The familiar scent of an old book emerges from it. I stop flipping through the pages when a bright page pops out at me. It had orange and pink crayon written all over it. It was on a page of The Raven

I chuckle, "Who did this?" I ask. "Oh, that was my little sister." he explains, chuckling. "Awe, how old is she?" I asked curiously. "Well, she's 11 now." he says. "Oh, is she at Hogwarts then?" I ask, maybe she and I could be friends? "Yeah... Yeah, I think so." he says thinking. I raise an eyebrow and hand him the book back, putting it on page 325, where he left off. "How'd you know my page?" he asked surprised. "because it was opened when you handed it to me." I say. "Heh, oh yeah." he says.

"Oh, there you are Emily." someone says, running into the common room. I turn around to see the face belonging to the voice is Fred's. "Oh, hey fred, what's up?" I ask. "Oh, I just wanted to see if you wanted a tour around the school, and I could show you where your classes are!" Fred says. "Cool! I'd love one!" I say. "Sweet! Oh, hey Alex!" Fred smiles at him. "Hi!" Alex says back, smiling. "C'mon Emily, let's go." Fred says excitedly. "Okay, see ya Alex!" I say, following Fred out of the common room. "See ya!" Alex says, going back to his book.

Fred and I walk around the school, him showing me different places and where the classrooms were so I wouldn't get lost tomorrow. "So, where's everyone else?" I ask. "Ron and Harry are off exploring the grounds, I think Hermione's with them. Probably at Hagrid's Hut." Fred explains. "Hm, so where's George? You two are always together." I say. "Oh, he went to the bathroom." he said. "Um... so like, you just kinda left him?" I ask. "Oh! Um... yeah... That's no good isn't it?" he says. We laugh. "Yeah, he's probably out looking for you." I say. "Oops, look like I forgot about that part." he says laughing and smiling, scratching the back of his head. I giggled, "Mkay."

We continue to walk around, until we come across a painting. It was fairly big, with giant fruit. "What's this?" I ask when we stopped by it. "It's a painting" he said. "Well, yeah... but why?" I ask. "Why is it a painting? Or why did we stop here? Because, this painting isn't just any painting. It's a lot like the Fat Lady's painting. You have to give it a password to get to where it leads." he explained. "And where's it lead to?" I asked curiously. "The school's kitchen." he said. "And... what's the password?" I ask. "This." he said, moving closer to the painting and reaching up to it. He presses down on the pear near the top of the painting, making it swing open to reveal a giant kitchen, full of house elves.

We step in and the painting closes behind us. As we walk forward into the kitchen, one of the many house elves approaches us, smiling. I recognize her as one who had cleaned up after me and Ron earlier.

"Hello Mr. Fred!" she said. "Hi Oakley! This is Emily!" Fred said, happily introducing me to her. "Hi Miss Emily!" she said. "Hi! Oh, um, sorry about the other night..." I said, slightly embarrassed. "Don't worry Miss Emily! It's my job as a house elf!" she said forgivingly.

"What happened?" asked Fred curiously. "Oh, well, when Ron and I got sick and ran out of the Great Hall... we um, didn't really make it to a bathroom, so she ended up cleaning up our um...mess." I explained, not exactly proud of what happened. Fred laughed, "I see."

"Would you two like something to eat?" Oakley asked. "Always." I said. Fred laughs. The house elf walks over to a table and brings over a platter of warm muffins. "We just made them, Poppy and I" Oakley said, nodding towards another house elf.

I take a muffin from the platter and so does Fred. I take a bite. The flavor was Lemon Poppy Seed, one of my favorites. "Mmmm... This is delicious!" I say. "I'm glad Miss Emily thinks so." Oakley said, pleased.

We heard the painting open and I turned to see George come in. "There you are! Why'd you leave me?" George asks, playfully sad, but seriously confused. "Oh, I dunno. I wanted to find Emily." Fred explains. We all laugh. "Would you like a muffin, Mr. George?" Oakley asks. "Sure!" he says, taking a muffin.

"So, what'cha guys doin'?" George asks. "I was giving her a grand tour of the school." Fred explains, chuckling. "Ah, nice." George said. We all kinda laugh.

We chat and eat a few more muffins. Fred and George tell me about the kitchen and the school and when we're done, we say goodbye to the house elves and make out leave, making sure not to get caught.
