Levi pov
That brat never brought me my cleaning supplies back. It's a shame. I was starting to like her too. She's pretty cute and she actually wanted to clean. And she's rooming with Sasha. She probably gave up after 5 minutes. That room's a mess. I guess I'm going to go get my stuff back. Who is she? She looks like. No.
I walk down the hallways and finally get to her room. I knock twice and wait. "Wake up call."
"I'm up! I'm awake! Promise. Who is it?" I hear Sasha say while panicking.
"Captain Levi. I need Cadet L/N."
"Oh! Please, come in captain. I'm sorry about the me- right. No mess. Please do come in. Y/N isn't here right now. I'm not sure where she went. She was gone when I woke up."
I enter the room and see everything is spotless. Everything except for Sasha's bed. Her bed hasn't been made yet. Looks like she just woke up.
Right after I step in, Y/N walks in. She's only wearing a shirt. Oh gosh. I should leave.
"Good work Cadet. Never seen this room so clean. Please get dressed and report to the mess hall for breakfast." I say as I grab my cleaning supplies and run out of the room.
Y/N pov
I walk into my room to see Captain Levi standing there looking at the room. He turns around apparently sensing my presence. His face turned bright red and it was at that moment I realized I was still in my pajamas. I turned pale expecting to get yelled at.
Instead I got praised. He turned back around, grabbed his stuff, and said "Good work Cadet. Never seen this room so clean. Please get dressed and report to the mess hall for breakfast." As he ran out the door. Well that's great.
I closed the door and Sasha burst out laughing. "His face! It was red. Not just a bit. It was soooo red!" I swear if people could die from laughing to hard, she'd be dead.
"Well I don't know anyone who wouldn't blush if they walked in on a girl in her underwear." I reply. Why is it so funny? I don't get it.
"No Y/N! You don't get it!" She says still laughing.
"No. Apparently I don't get it. You're right."
"It's Levi!"
"And?"
"Levi never shows emotion. This is first actual emotion I've seen on his face. Oh Hange is gonna love this."
"Hange? You're going to tell someone? No! Don't. Don't do that. No. That's not. No." I stutter. I'll be the laughing stock of the survey corps. This is my first full day here and I don't want people to view me as some girl trying to seduce her captain.
"Why not? It's funny!" She says still laughing. Is she ever going to stop laughing?
"Sasha, let me guess. You're one of those people who couldn't care less about what people think of you, aren't you?"
"How'd you know?" She asked actually not laughing anymore.
"Gut feeling. Anyways, I'm not one of those people. Please don't tell anyone." I say while grabbing my uniform and going into the bathroom to get ready.
*time skip getting ready*
When I finish getting ready and go out to my room, I see Sasha passed out on my bed. She could at least sleep on her own bed. Ugh. Whatever.
"SASHA! WAKE UP" She doesn't wake up. She keeps snoring peacefully. I continue trying to wake her up yelling, shaking, hitting her with pillows, nothing's working.
"Sasha, you're gonna miss breakfast if you don't get up." I say while I start walking out the door. I hear a loud bang and turn around. There's Sasha, wide awake holding her head. She must have forgotten she was on the lower bunk instead of her bunk. At least she's awake.
"I'm leaving. Get showered and stuff. I'll save you a seat if you want." I say to her.
"Nah. I'm gonna sit with someone today. I promised I'd sit with her so I can't bail. Sorry."
"Ok. Bye." I say finally leaving my room.
I walk to the mess hall remembering the route I took earlier. I walk in and sit in the far back corner as usual. Nobody is sitting there.
Everyone is all grouped up. They already have their friends so why bother trying to force myself into already formed groups. I'm fine by myself.
I eat my 'soup' and my bread. Not bad. Better than what I used to eat. I just ate what I could find. I wasn't exactly financially stable and my 'house' was an abandoned shack I found and decided to stay in. It's what living in the underground is like but I have sunlight. I don't really like sunlight though. The darker the day, the better. Maybe I would've been better living in the underground with them.
As I'm thinking about my old home and the way I used to live, I see Sasha walk in giggling. She makes her way to the food and disappears to a table on the opposite side of the room as me. A table by the door I think. I don't really care.
I hear loud laughter coming from around the same place Sasha is. I have a bad feeling about this. I see Sasha again this time being followed by Hange and they're both coming over here. Oh no. I don't want company. No company for me please. I sat by myself for a reason.
As I'm mentally begging for help, Captain Levi sits down in front of me and my face turns super red remembering what happend this morning. I see the two girls walk to a table next to this one giggling. No! Please, I changed my mind! Please come back!
"Good morning Cadet." He says to me coldly. He doesn't look at me instead only looks at his food. And I have a good idea as to why.
"Morning Captain." I reply with about the same emotion.
Why is he here? Please leave. Please.
"So I'm going to make this quick. People are watching me. Anyways, I wanted to appologize for this morning. It was not my intention to umm... anyways, I'm sorry. I'll be leaving now." He said somewhat embarrassed. He quickly stood up and walked away.
Hange and Sasha stayed at their table looking over at me and giggling every once in a while.
He's cute when he's emba- no Y/N. Bad Y/N. Captain is your Captain. Not your boyfriend. Still. I can't help but wonder. Who is he? He seems like a coldhearted asshole. Just like him. They would make good friends I bet. Maybe some day I'll introduce them. That won't be for a while though since...After breakfast, I went outside and Captain Levi was teaching me how to use the 3dmg. I played dumb like I'd never used it before. Don't want any questions. Even though it's been a long time since I used gear, I still clearly remember how to use it. I was lucky and he didn't question why I was doing so good.
Then it was time for lunch. I just had a bowl of soup and went back out to train.
I went on to 'kill titans' by that, I mean attack dummies in the forest. Really easy. He looked very surprised with my speed and agility after 'just now' learning how to use the 3DMG. Still, he didn't question me. We trained until an hour before dinner. Not because I needed to, but because he wanted to see how long I'd last. Even when we stopped, I had plenty of energy. He said he wanted to take a shower before dinner so we called it a day and both went and got ready for dinner. It was a long day of training, and I want to take some time to relax. Not like I'll die if I don't, but I still want to take a break. But the world is cruel and Sasha was in my room asking me questions. So many questions.
"So you spent all day with shorty. How'd that go? Anything happen?" She asked
"What do you mean Sasha?"
"Oh. You know. Being forced to clean, steamy make-out session, something more..." Oh gosh. I thought she was cool at first. Never mind. What a pain.
"I'm not even gonna ask what you mean by more, but I guarantee we only trained. So if more is train, then yes. Because we trained. Well, I trained, him not so much. Now let me get ready for dinner. I need to shower. I'm all sweaty and stuff."
