Levi pov

"I'm not feeling too great Levi." Y/N told me.

"Ok. Let's go head back and get some sleep. Ok?"

"Yeah. Ok."

We walk out of the mess hall and make our way to our room.

"I'm getting worse. I really don't feel good."

I pick her up and carry her the rest of the way. "Are you ok?"

"No. I don't feel ok. Am I gonna be ok?"

"You'll be fine. Nothing can hurt you with me by your side."

We get to our room and I put her down on the bed. When I do, she instantly passes out.

"Uh, Y/N? Did you fall asleep or" I shake her arm a bit but she doesn't wake up. "Hey. Y/N! Wake up!" Nothing.

I decide to go get Hange, so I pick her up and start to walk to the mess hall. When I open my door, Hange is standing there.

"Oh no! I knew it." Hange says running into my room.

"You knew it?"

"I got suspicious after she said she wasn't feeling good. She looked...off"

"So what happened?"

"I'm not sure. It's probably poison again."

"But I've been with her all day. Nobody injected her with anything!"

"It has to be some other form of poison. Something she touched, or ate. Oh shit."

"What? What's wrong?"

"Something she ate. It must've been something she ate."

"But she hasn't had anything to eat since-she just ate."

"Exactly. If it was in her lunch, she would've felt the effects much sooner. Whatever was in her food must have been strong. At least, stronger than the last stuff."

"Can you do anything?"

"No. I wish there was something I could do, but I just can't. I'm sorry."

"Is she going to be ok? How much stronger is it? When is she going to wake up?"

"Levi! Shut up. I don't know how strong it was, I dont know when she'll wake up, hell I don't know if she WILL wake up. Damn it. I'm so useless."

"No. Hange she has to wake up. Tell me she's going to wake up."

"I can't do that Levi. I want to. I really do. But I can't. I can't make a promise I can't keep. Put her down. The only thing we can do is let her rest. I'll get some water and a washcloth."

She walked away and I sat on the bed with Y/N. This can't be the end. She can't go like this. I hear her breathing slow down and tears start to roll down my face.

"You can't leave me Y/N! Not like this. I have a promise to keep and I can't do that when you're gone. We've gotten this far, we can't stop now. We can leave the walls. Build a house on the sand by the water like you always dreamed of. Lay in the filthy sand and look up at the stars every night! We can do anything you want. Just don't leave. Please don't go." Tears continued to pour out of my eyes until I head a knock on my door.

I wipe away my tears and walk to the door. Hange must not be able to turn the doorknob. I open the door and see an unpleasant sight.

"Get the hell out of here." I tell the man, Scott.
