Because yeah we were invited to James's party ! Let me clear things out, I am not the type of girl who have like tons of friends, as you noticed, Sadie is barely my only friend. Sadie is obsessed with hanging out and trying to get to know some new people, so I guess, she is the one who got us invited to this party. Anyway Devesh answered

" I told you I'm not into those guys. But my friends are doing a party next Saturday, you want to come ?"

" Why should I come to your friends party if you don't come to my friends party ?"

" You're so complicated !"

" I am not ! "

" Ok, then I'll come at your party but only because I want you to come to mine."

" Great then see you on saturday night."

" See you tomorrow dickhead we'll catch up at school."

" Oh yeah, I forgot it."

I was jumping around because I think that Devesh is cool. I wouldn't say that I have a crush on him but being with him was cool. So I felt asleep.

We were now at James's party. It was my first teenage party... At the beggining I was a bit shy but I did not wanted to waste it, maybe it will my only teenage party, so fuck my shyness. I was with my girl we were dancing over tables and jumping around. A lot of people came and it was fun actually.

Music was so loud, Sadie was twerking on the floor. Dan was smoking weed. All was cool. I was having fun when I remembered that Devesh had to come. I looked at my phone and he hasn't sent me a fucking text. He was playing with me ! I didn't care actually because I was too focus on having fun. Josh came and took my arm " Dance with me Jodie !" And we started to dance. James was dancing with a lot of girls and kissing them all. Sadie was sit and was staring at him. A few seconds later she was doing a lap dance on some guys. I saw Devesh he was next to a door looking at his phone. I decided to let him where he was because I don't want to always run to him so I kept dancing with Josh. Josh was sceaming the lyrics of the song. Now the song was over, so I grab a sit and I look at people dancing.

A few moment later Devesh came " Heya, Jourdan." " Hey" " You see I came !" " Yeah that's great !" I said with a smile on my face. " I saw that you were having fun, that's cool." " Yeah I love to dance and forget and I don't know." ( BIG LIE it was the first time I danced in public !!! ) " Wish I could say the same about me..." "Stop being shy, I know you now." He laughed " Okay, let's dance but don't laugh at me !" " I won't !" And he grabbed my hand and we danced like crazy, I was shaking my ass and arms. He was a good dancer actually but we did not care about the dance, the best thing was the moment that was fun. We had a good time until Sadie came she was crying. She came to me " Jodie, I can't take it anymore."

" Aw what's happening love ?"

" He is with this slutty bitch. Again. Why can't he see me ? Why can't he ? Am I this ( she was looking for words) ugly ?" She threw up on Devesh's knees. I immediately said " Devesh I'm sorry,there is a bathroom if you want to clean up yourself." He didn't seem pissed of or something he looked at Sadie who repeated I'm sorry I'm sorry and he told her " It's okay Sadie. It's okay don't worry.Stop crying he will pay attention to you someday don't worry, don't put yourself in such a state."

She nodded. He touched his shoulder and he went to the bathroom. I took Sadie to the bathroom too, she was still crying. We went to the bathroom and she said " Three years, three fucking years and still nothing. I always end up with nothing. I tried, I fucking tried. I always try. He ..."

Sadie had a crush on James for three years now. Since we were in high school actually. She tried to show him, but as James is a boy who loves to have multiples girls at his feet, he only took Sadie for one night stands. But like she is blindly in love with him she just let him do his things on her because she thinks that it's all that she will ever get. So I cleansed Sadie without a word. After this, we decided to leave the party. James caught up at his door leaving and he came to us : " Seriously ? Jodie and Sadie are leaving so early ? What's happening here ?"

I said " Sadie is a bit ... Tired." He nodded " Sadie stop trying all those drugs, there not made for you love" he kissed his forehead. And she said " Stop talking bullshit and go back to your whores." He seemed chocked " My whores ? There are no whores here, only lovely cheeks with big boobs, love."

Sadie laughed and added " go back to them please."

Devesh came to the door, he was leaving too. James told him " Are you walking the girls home ? Sadie definitely need a ride !" Devesh nodded and waved. Then we started to walk.

" Devesh don't you have a car ?" I asked

" Ain't you happy with walking ? Feeling the fresh air ?"

" Sadie is definitely a mess."

" She truly is. Is she into James ?"

" Well done ! She is into him but don't tell her she doesnt like people knowing it..."

" It will be our secret" he blinked

" Two secrets now !"

" Seems like we have a lot to hide" he added

We were now at Sadie's house. Sadie havent talked during the walk. She opened the door of her house I asked if she wanted me to come spend the night with her or if she wanted me to take care of her. But she said no and entered in her home. So it was now between Devesh and I. For once he started to talk " so did you have fun ?"

" It was okay. Did you have fun ?"

" Kind of."

" Great then ! I'll see you at the next party ?"

" First you go to my party then we'll see."

" You know in first place I don't like party. I am more the girl who stays home."

" So what have you been doing tonight ?"

" I now like to party because I feel like ... I belong to something. All the people getting wasted it just, it makes me feel reckless !"

He laughed " Reckless girl who does not touch alcohol ?"

" I knew you wouldn't understand."

" Understand what ?"

" Well I am afraid of alcohol. Particularly at parties, I am afraid that someone will use me, will abuse of me or I don't know, alcohol makes me feel unsafe."

" Don't worry as long as I am at a party with you nobody will hurt you."

" Protective Devesh !"

" Remember I am a big brother, It's my role to protect my girls."
