Chapter Twenty One

waking up in room I forgot for a moment where I was and I looked around and I saw that Stacey was in the other bed with her blanket on the floor like always. then I remember that we were in grandmas house. getting up out of the be I looked at the clock and the time read twelve o clock in the afternoon.

''dam we slept for that long'' Alice thought to herself as she got out of bed and looked over at her sister to see that she to was getting up also.

''what time is it'' Stacy asked me

''twelve its lunch time now'' I answered her as she got up from her bed and we both made of way to the door. looking into the hallway we saw that Mom and Grandma were coming out of Grandma room also.

''so I guess everyone slept in.'' Mom told us all as we walked down stairs and into the kitchen

''hey girls go and brushed your teeth.'' Grandma told us and we went into the down stairs bathroom and brushed our teeth. coming back into the kitchen Grandma had cold cuts and rolls out so we can make something to eat.

''hey Alice drink your medication now'' Grandma told me with a tone while passing me the little white pill and a glass of water.

''what the hell is her problem'' Alice thought to her self as she poured her self a glass of orange juice.

''why do old people have such attitudes'' Alice mumbled under her breath as she took half of a roll and put one slice of cheese on it plain with noting else on it and sat back down on it as she watched her little sister stuff everything that was on the table into her roll. I swear sometimes she was a dad and John when it came to eating food I think she Is really part dude in a girls body.'' Alice thought to herself as she nibbled on the roll with one slice of cheese.

''IS THAT ALL YOU ARE GOING TO EAT YOU KNOW YOUR PARENTS ARE GETTING REALLY TIRED OF YOUR SHIT.'' Alice was startled with what her grandmother just told her it took her a moment to get her thoughts together.

''but I am already full grandma.'' Alice whined on the verge of tears by what her Grandma just told her but she did not want to cry in front of her and she really was not planning on answering her Grandmother back either she still remember what her Dad told her before they left she knew that he would make good on his promise and spank her hard and she was still recovering from the last spanking that she got from her dad.

''can I be excused mom to go and get ready for the day'' I told my mom getting up and leaving the kitchen not waiting for her replay.

once in the room I started to cry and cry letting everything out ''I cant believe that is what my parent really think of me they are really tired of my shit well I am tired of felling the way that I do I am tired of not being normal for once in my life what do they think that I enjoy felling this way.'' Alice thought to her self as she cried and cried.

getting up from the bed Alice grabbed her book bag looking for her blade that she kept hidden in her book bag. taking it out I closed the door to make sure that no one would come inside and see what I was doing. pulling down my PJ bottom down I grabbed the blade and made three long semi deep cuts to my upper thighs and just stood there in grandma house feeling a little better watching the blood coming out and then all of a sudden I started felling panic and dreed come over me and I pulled up my PJ bottoms up and ran to the bathroom looking for a big band aid and cream finding both of the things that I needed I cleaned the cuts and put the cream on and the put on the big band aid and walked back to the room and grabbed a pair of lose sweat pants and a long sleeve shirt that mom packed for me.

walking back down stairs I saw that every one else was already dressed and ready to go out for the day.

''were are we going today mommy?'' I asked my Mother totally not paying any attention to my Grandmother I was pissed at what she told me this morning,

''we are going to get manicure and pedicures and we are also going to get out hair done as well and go and get something to eat after wards because you know we are going to be hungry after all that.'' my Mother explained to me as we headed out of the house and into the truck and Mom pulled out of the drive ay and onto the road towards the nail and hair salon it was going to be a long day of pampering.

the first stop is the nail salon I guess mom called ahead and we were seated right away I chose a deep purple nail polish and mom chose a deep red nail polish and Stacey chose a pale pink one and Grandma chose a nude nail polish figures that she would chose that color. sitting down the lady put my fingers in the little dish and then she put cream on my hands and gave me a hand massage I started to tense up and i think that the lady who name was sue was starting to take notice

''its ok honey relax think of something nice some times that helps.'' Sue told me and i looked so see that Stacey had a smile on her face while her eyes where closed and Mom and Grandma was talking to one another a ways from us.

''ok ill try'' i told Sue but i was not convinced that it was going to work so i closed my eyes and remember back when me and John were running around the back yard and dad came out of no where and scared us and we started to run after him and mom was sitting on chair in the backyard laughing at the whole thing. i guess the trick must have worked because before i knew it she was telling me to open my eyes and walk to the where they do pedicures and i sat down next to Mom getting my feet done and reading some magazine that was laying around the area.

after we were done at the nail salon we all got back into the truck and mom headed to the hair salon when we got there we waited a few and then they washed our hair and i got a trim and Stacey got bangs and mommy got her layers done again and Grandma got her hair curled it took so long at the salon i was started to get tired i did not even know what time it was until mom handed me my afternoon pill and a bottle of water.

''here take this its a a little late but you still need to take it honey.'' Mom told me as she handed me the pill and i grabbed it from her hand and chased it down with the bottle of water. the whole time i could fell Grandma eyes on me as i drank the pill.

''what the hell is her problem'' Alice thought to herself as she picked up a random book that was laying there. three hours later Stacey was getting tired and hungry and we were finally getting out of the hair salon. we piled up in the truck once again and Mom told us that we were going to get something to eat.

''dam just my luck'' Alice thought to herself as her mom pulled up to the Diner.
