Chapter Ninety Four

i dont know what i was thinking when i took the bus from school to the SRU station or the barn how Alice calls where her Father works who i have never meet before.

i odnt know why but i love hanging out with Alice she is a little spit fire underneath all that dobt that she carries i know there is something more going on with her but we have not gotton to that level of talking yet.

it just seems like every time we get close something happends with her then she starts to withdraw from the world around her and goes into her own world.

walking into the station i just scanned and checked to see if i had any wepons on me i mean why the hell would i have any wepons going into a police station that is just a  crazy and stupid thing to do you might as well comit sucide that shit is just crazy.

thomas thought to himself as he got off on the floor that housed team One he looked around and saw how big it was it even had its own gym and everything you could think of and a whole row of locked cabinets with a bunch of diffrent guns and whatever else that cops need to use to get the job done.

''can i help you ?'' i hear someone ask me dragging me out of my thoughts i turn to see a nice beauifl looking lady at the center of the place with headphones attached to her ears.

''umm hi my name is Thoms i am here to speak to someone called Wordy i am friends with his Daughter Alice'' i replied back so nervous i dont know why

''aaa your that Thomas i have been hearing about its good to put a face to the name he is not back yet they went out on a call they should be heading back soon come take a seat until then.''

the lady told as i came closer to her her name tag read whinny

''so Alice talks about me then humm what does she about me ?'' i asked whinny
''i am not telling you son just know that you are a hot topic around these parts epically when it comes to Alice all the team has a soft spot for her so make sure your intenion with her are notting but noble kid.'' Whinny told me as the elevator opened and in came the rest of the team so i asked whinny which one was Wordy she pointed to the tall one with a bald head and a mustache.

walking up to him i was so nervous i just let the words flow right out of my mouth i didnt know if he knew me i dont think so but apparntly people have been talking about me so i guess maybe he did know how i was.

''hello wordy my name is thomas and i am here to talk to you man to man about my intention with your daughter Alice.'' i just blurted out and he stod there looking at me with a shocked look on his face and the rest of his guys and one short girl stated to laugh and shake there heads.

''my office is free you can talk there '' i hear a guy tell Wordy as i follow him to where he was walking towards

once inside i took a seat across from him i saw thtat one of his arms was wrapped in a guaze so i asked him about it

''what happend to you arm?'' i asked him
''i got grazzed by a bullet today kid what can i help you with today.'' he asked me and i had this whole speach prepared in my head and now i am frozen notting is coming out.

''well i just wanted you to meet me and see how i was becasue i know you dont know who i am and i like your Daughter alot and i want to spend more time with her. but everytime that i try and get close to your daughter something always happends and then you Son John gets all into big brother over protective mode then she gets mad and dosent want to talk to anybody.

i explained to Wordy and he semmed to be going over everything that i just told him but this waiting for him to replay was making me very nervous.

''well you do have one thing right i am very over protective my children espically with my baby Alice and i told her Brother John to look out for her while they are at school as well. thoguht i do give it to you kid it take a lot of guts to come up to me a person that you do not know and say everything that you just told me here today son. but one of the reason that i am over protective of my baby Alice is because of the way that she is makes her an easy target for certain people to take anvantage of her.''

Wordy told me looke serouly at me while he said it so i know that he is not playing any games but i knew he was not the person to play games with anyway he just gives off that vibe.

''i understand that sir and i would never take advantage of your Daughter in any way what so ever sir in fact when i was new to the school she was the only one who looked out for me and showed me around everywhere she and i share some of the same classes we found out the first day i was at school. ''

''and i was thinking that when the time is right with your blessing i would like to take your Daughter on a date if that is ok with you of course'' THomas just blurted alltoghter

''ow one other thing sir where is she she hasent been to school in a couple of days and i herd that John not suspended for fighting some guy that was talking about Alice.'' Thomas asked Wordy

''we are taking care of a few things as a family right now so it will be a while before you see her again i am sorry about that son its just this things needs to be done. but if you like you can leave your number and i coulld have her call you when it ok to for her and when the time is right you guys could go out on that date ok.''

wordy told me and i was shocked he was even conseriding it being how stright he is with his Daughter Alice so i got up and wrote my number on a piece of paper and gave it to him. we both got up and he opend the door to the office and i made my way to the elevator to catch my breath that i was holding in the whole time.
