Chapter 20- Change

Genevieve~

She woke up early in the morning feeling energetic. It was funny how having a boyfriend would change her mood. She hopped out of bed and got ready for school.

As she exited the house, there was this guy leaning against his car, looking at her. Genevieve blushed. That guy was none other than Jeff.

"Hi." She squeaked, her voice high pitched and nervous. It was different. Long time ago she would just move like a robot, emotionless. And now her heart was beating a thousand times a second.

Instead of a greeting, Jeff drew her closer to him and kissed her gently. Then it got stronger and more passionate till Jeff had to push himself away. They paused for a moment panting. Jeff smirked.

"Miss me so much sweetheart?" He asked, innocently. Genevieve scowled and punched his arm. Jeff withdrew in mock pain. Then he rested his arm at Genevieve's hip. Their faces inches apart.

"I missed you so much." Jeff said softly. "It was so difficult not to be with you." He confessed. Genevieve's heart melted the touched way. No one said that to her before.

"I missed you too." Genevieve said. Jeff smiled warmly. The innocent one. The one that made him look like an angel. So sweet. Genevieve thought. Her thoughts of him we all going mushy and lovey dovey like she was.

"I knew you did." Jeff smirked. Genevieve smiled and Jeff gave her a peck on the lips.

"Let's go. We don't want to be late." He said.

At school, Genevieve and Jeff were the main attraction. People who Genevieve knew they did not even know she existed came up to her to say 'hi'. And Veronica and her minions were looking jealously and frustratedly at her. Genevieve wanted to laugh because the angry look on Veronica's face was priceless.

Jeff and Genevieve sat at their crowd of popular people. Hot girls and boys notice her and were being friendly to her. Mostly it was nice to have a change. Jeff as her boyfriend made a great impact. It was nice. They sat toga thee during lunch. Isaac looked at them.

"You both have that love sick look!" He teased. Jeff and Genevieve blushed as the rest of the table cooed and teased them except Veronica and a handful of her minions. Genevieve felt so at ease for once.

After school, Jeff picked Genevieve up again.

"From now on, I pick you up and drop you off." He said. Genevieve smiled. He was making an effort.

"So you want to hang out again?" Genevieve blurted out. Jeff looked at her surprised. His eyes lit up happily. It was Friday.

"Tonight is Eve's party. You want to come? I'm sure she doesn't mind!" She invited. And prayed he said 'yes'. Jeff smiled.

"Ok. Pick you up at 7pm." Jeff said. Genevieve nodded. They were going on an official date. OMG. She was screaming in her head.

Sadly, the ride had to end. Before Genevieve went into her house, Jeff smirked and pulled her near him. They were so close. Jeff quickly kissed her and Genevieve kissed him back. Genevieve could feel him smile. They went deeper, harder and was nearly on each other. Suddenly, Genevieve felt so good. So warm. She didn't want it to stop.

But all good times come to an end.

"See you later." Jeff smiled and left. After they parted, Genevieve felt closer to Jeff. She smiled alas a surge of warmth went though her. A smile plastered on her face even after she went in.
