Jeff~
He strolled into the school compound, it was still early and not many people were in school yet.
Jeff disliked school. He was friends among many, he had his own fan club, he was popular with people.
But he did not like anyone. Many people liked him, but he was not interested in anyone. They never liked him for who he was, but who he looked like. They judged him. UGH.
Jeff knocked on the principal's door before entering.
"Ms C?" He called out. He was more used to calling her by her short name rather than good old Caparelli.
Ms C was his boss and the school's principal. You can say she led a double life. Apparently, she was in her mid twenties and seemed to look like a teenager. Forever youthful and pretty.
"Hello Jeff. How can I help you?" Ms C asked. Jeff made himself comfortable in the plushy chair in the office and placed the thumb drive on the table.
Ms C smiled and toyed with it.
"Well done." She replied.
Jeff nodded humbly in reply to his boss's compliment.
She reached forward, closing the gap between them.
"I have got another mission for you."
Jeff was surprised. His boss/principal only gave one mission per week. He was getting two missions in a week. Curious, he mentally urged her to continue.
"I need you to spy on this girl called Genevieve Summers. She is the daughter of the CEO of Adele Kellyson.
Genevieve will be studying here, and today is her first day of school. Try to get as close to her as possible." Ms C continued.
Jeff's heart froze. Was it the girl from the company? He thought. Why would a girl with a rich mother want to help him? And he quickly dismissed the thought of Genevieve being the girl who helped him.
"Fine." Jeff said coldly. Ms C nodded.
Jeff took the nod as a dismissal signal and stood up to leave. When he was at the door, Ms C called his name.
"Yea?" He asked, not turning around.
"Don't fall for her." Ms C said, half serious half joking.
" I won't." He promised and left solemnly.

Genevieve~
"Miss Summers, we have reached." The Chauffeur said. Genevieve sat up suddenly. She fell asleep as a matter of fact.
"Oh. I see," Genevieve muttered. And made a grab for her school bag " Thanks!" She called out as she stepped out of the car.
Students were buzzing into the building. The private school was huge. Genevieve had a headache. No one liked first day of school. She looked at the freshly painted building looking like a 3 star hotel except all the rooms were classrooms.
Genevieve stepped into the main gate holding her lucky charm in her hand. She supposed to have a guide. His name was Jeffery Something. She forgot and did not really bother.
Try to ask someone. Get some courage. Do not be a chicken. Genevieve thought. Raising the courage, she picked a boy who just came out of the general office. Nerdy guy perhaps. Nerds knew everything except fashion advice. That guy was not so bad though.
She tapped on his shoulder.
"Hi, do you know who is Jeffery...?" Genevieve asked quickly. The boy turned around.
Damn. It was the boy/thief.
Genevieve took a step back and looked at him accusingly.
The boy's eyes grew wide open when he saw her.
"It's you!" They said at the same time.
"Who the heck -" Genevieve said before Jeff covered her mouth.
"Not here." He whispered. Genevieve bit his hand. And Jeff pulled his hand behind his back and winced. Genevieve smirked. That's revenge. She thought.
Before she knew it, she was dragged to an isolated place with no students. Great, she was trapped in the middle of a damned school with a boy who stole her mom's stuff.
"What's your name?" Genevieve demanded. She did not like this guy.
"Jeffery, call me Jeff. You're Genevieve Summers right?" He replied. Genevieve nodded.
"I didn't steal your mom's stuff. I was forced too... by a friend. He threatened me." Jeff lied.
"Fine. I didn't think anyone will steal a thumb drive with my personal data and a few random science words in there." She admitted. No big deal with that. That thumb drive was full of B.S. when she checked it up. She did that when she was 13 years old. It was a dare from her friend. And soon after, her mom and dad divorced.
Jeff raised an eyebrow. Cute guy. Genevieve thought. But apparently, she was allergic to cute stuff.
Apparently, her ex-boyfriends were all cute stuff. And I'm specifying the word EX. They did not end well. Apparently they were too into her body to capture her heart. If you get what I mean.
Jeff cleared his throat, shifting his weight side to side.
"Yea?" Genevieve asked.
"Why are you checking me out?" Jeff smirked. And if Genevieve was into cute stuff, she would then again have fainted of cuteness. But she just stood there blushing. Jeff smirked again.
"So you got a love at first sight case?" Jeff asked. Genevieve glared at him. And shoved him to the ground.
"Be careful you dumbass, I still can get you into juvenile jail." Genevieve waved her finger in front of him, dissing the boy. And she walked away.
