A few weeks later..

"AUNTIE! OPEN THE DOOR!" A restless Amber knocked on the master bedroom in the Kaiba Mansion at 8:30 in the morning. It was Seto and Ashley's one year anniversary, and they decided that they were going to have a little get together with the family. That was mostly because the get together for Amber's birthday did not end on a light note and it was all on Ashley. They also wanted everyone who supported them to be there, basking in joy after everything they've been through. It was actually going to be held at the Kaiba Mansion rather than the Wheeler Household, upon Seto's insistence. Seto didn't like the idea of Mai having a ton of people in her home, for an event that wasn't even hers. And besides, he had his own plans in mind. It wasn't going to be a huge event, just a bunch of family and friends.

Amber was dropped off by Joey that morning because the little four year old was in on Ashley's gift for Seto. Joey and Mai also asked Ashley to hang out with her for a bit, to get to the bottom of why Amber was starting to be a "brat" and a little aggressive to Emma. The only reason why Amber knew about the gift was because she was standing right there when Ashley figured it all out. She swore to her aunt that she would not tell anybody, and being the Wheeler she was, she was extremely loyal to Ashley. The tiny little girl stopped banging on the door when Ashley opened it, looking like an absolute mess.

Amber's jaw dropped when she saw how Ashley had her hair in messy angles, her nightie was almost falling off her body, and a pout adorn on her face, like the big brat that she was. "What happened Auntie?" The little blonde walked into the bedroom, in her jammies, and her bag of sleepover things, hopping onto Seto and Ashley's bed effortlessly. The big blonde shut the door behind her and sat on the bed with her niece, the pout never leaving her mouth.

"Uncle Seto went to work today! On our anniversary! Can you believe that?" Ashley started to vent to the four year old. Amber just looked at her like she was crazy. She didn't know better to think that it was a big deal. "Auntie, he runs a big company you know! Besides, he needs to finish the Fallen Angel game!"

The Fallen Angel named Lina from Dark Mage had become immensely popular amongst the male and female gamers alike and Seto capitalized on that. The Fallen Angel was getting its own spin off game. Game development was ages ahead in the making of it, thanks to the collaboration between programming and animation. Usually spin off games did not do as well as the original, but it was a risk Seto was able to take.

Amber was the first person to know and she wouldn't stop talking about it. "That's coming out this Christmas, on Auntie Nessa's birthday silly. But I suppose we'll spend time together at the party this weekend." Ashley sighed, laying back on the bed. Amber was quick to cuddle with her.

Amber leaned in and whispered in Ashley's ear, much to the latter's amusement because no one else was around. "Are you gonna tell Uncle Seto about the secret gift today? I can't wait!"

Ashley shook her head and wrapped an arm around Amber. "Nope, he's going to get it at the party. I think it'll be extra special like that. Did you eat breakfast? I'll have Miss Sanabria bring some cereal or somethin'."

"No, I'm full, mommy and daddy made breakfast together this morning! And Bella is eating baby food now, so me and Emily  took turns giving her food."

Ashley looked at the girl with a raised eyebrow. No one that knew Emma called her Emily. "Since when do you call Emma by her real name?" Amber and Emma's relationship was changing by the day. The little girl's face turned into a pout before facing her auntie. "Emily is momma's favorite because momma gets to dress her like a girly girl and have girly girl stuff. And I like to wear shorts and baseball caps and John Cena shirts!" Ashley understood that completely. Annessa was the apple of Randy's eye because she was a graceful little girly girl. That's why Ashley beat her up all the time. Amber's pout turned into a smile, as she put her hands behind her head. "But it's okay Auntie. Wanna know why? Because I'm daddy's favorite! Daddy and me play video games all the time, he shows me how he fixes cars, how to beat up boys and he even shows me wrestling moves!"
