Hey guys!

How are you doing? I'm fine thank you. Yes! I am finally fine. It feels so great not to have my nose stuffed. The worlds looking bright now. Okay. A little exaggerated but I'm really happy.(I hope I don't jinx myself.)

Now moving onto the story. I'm planning on making a cast list but I'm not sure because sometimes I like to imagine the charecters myself. So once I decide, I'll let you guys know.

Oh and btw we got to #178 on humor. Wohoo! Thanks for all the votes and comments guys.

Happy reading. :)

My winter vacation wasn't really working out in my favor. After the double date with my neighbor from hell things got awkward. And to top it off I got the flu. Fortunately Mon and Aaron were around to take care of me.I am feeling much better compared to the past few days so today morning I sent Mon home so she could rest and I could have my alone time as well. The thing with living alone is even though its lonely sometimes but when you get used to it you can't live any other way. Not that I don't love having my friends around. I honestly do.But I like spending time with myself too. The lazy afternoons on the couch with pretty little liars marathon is just as fun as a friday hang out.

I decided to go out and breath some fresh air since I was cooped up in my apartment for the past five days. I planned to go to the cafe since Aaron was working the shift. I'll have a coffee and walk around the park. Its a 10 minute walk in the cold but I'm sure I'll manage. I could call Aaron and ask him for a lift but he wouldn't let me go in this cold. I didn't want to hear a lecture so I decided to give him a surprise visit.

I dressed up in my warmest sweater and jeans and wore my coat, scarf and gloves. Hey its better to be safe than sorry. I have really low tolerance to cold so I always do this. I checked my wallet, phone before locking the door. I decided to use the elevator since I'm sure I'd need all my energy for the walk. I pressed the button for the elevator and waited. My heart almost dropped when I heard my neighbor's door being unlocked. I prayed for the lift to hurry up. I hadn't seen him since the date and I didn't want to be stuck in a closed space with him.

Thankfully God was on my side and I got inside just as Jace's door opened. The elevator doors were almost shut when he stuck his foot in the way.I wanted to stomp my foot on the floor and scream but I instead gave an awkward smile. He locked his door and walked to the elevator slowly.

"Oh crap! I actually forgot my phone in the apartment. I'll go get it. I think it'll take time. You go ahead." I rambled and started walking out when Jace pulled me inside by my belt loop.

I turned around and gave him a look with my eyebrow raised.

"You know I can actually see your phone in your pocket right?" He asked in an amused tone.

I wanted to face palm myself so bad. My phone was sticking out of my pocket just a little bit.

"Did I say phone? I meant-" I was cut off bu Jace's annoyed sigh.

"Oh cmon Eva.Are you really going to do this?" He asked in a flat tone.

"What are you saying?" I gave him my best innocent look. I'm sure he didn't buy it though from what I can tell by his expression.

"Well, I am saying you are trying to avoid me. I haven't seen you the past week and Matt said you said no when he invited you to go bowling with us." He looked serious now.

"I was sick for the past five days Jace." I played the sick card. For the first time in past five days I was happy that I was sick. I'm too nice to say I don't want to hang out with you directly.
