(Thanks to JMRdraws, I've decided that Tim is a jailer and Torc is a waiter at Todd's (Tord in disguise) bar.)
"Come on, it's not that bad." Tim rolled eyes as his big brother dragged him into a bar. "I thought you deserve to take a break from the ol' jailhouse." Thompson chuckled and Tim rolled his eyes again.
"Fine. But I'm not getting drunk."
"Fair enough." The sheriff shrugged and dragged the jailer over to the bar stools in the middle of the medium sized building. The two took a seat and Tim stared off into space.
"Barkeep!" Thompson called over Todd, the barkeeper, who smiled under his mustache and walked over to the two, holding a bottle of whiskey in one hand.
"Why hello, Thompson~" Todd purred and looked at Tim. "Who is this?"
"My little brother. He runs the jailhouse. I capture the raiders, he keeps them locked up for me." Thompson explained as Todd nodded and poured two drinks for them. Thompson instantly started drinking, while Tim just stared down at his alcoholic drink before taking a small sip, hating the burning sensation in the back of his throat.
"Ya know," Todd looked back at Thompson, who slammed his drink back down on the table, showing he was done. "I have a brother too. Ey, Torc!" Todd called over from the other side of the bar, catching the attention of a small boy with a small, simple cowboy hat on with a star in the center. He had cinnimon brown hair that came up in two spikes under the hat, and he had a small pair of speckicles sitting on the bridge of his nose. He walked over to the three, swaying his hips a little bit. Tim almost fell over from him, instantly feeing his heart pick up speed and his blue eyes widen.
"Torc, meet Sheriff Thompson and Tim." He pointed to Thompson, then his brother, who seemed to not even hear him. Torc giggled and waved slightly at the two.
"Hello t-there!" He stuttered slightly, making Tim blush a little bit. Man, was he cute.
"Bro, you ok?" Thompson elbowed Tim in the side, almost knocking him over. Tim nodded, his blush growing thanks to embarrassment. Todd leaned over the counter to Thompson.
"Looks like Tim likes Torc." Todd whispered and chuckled, making Thompson join in. Tim heard the whispers, though, and shot a deadly glare at Todd, making the barkeeper stand up normally and go to get them more drinks. Tim looked back at Torc, who stood there a little bit confused.
"Hey there." Tim smiled sweetly at Torc, making the smaller male giggle.
"Hey."
"So, do you work here?"
"Yeah. I'm a waiter. Mostly, I just help Tor- I mean Todd, bring the people sitting at booths drinks." Torc grinned, his eyes evading Tim's. What was he about to call Todd? He just shrugged it off and heard leather boots click against the wooden floor next to him. Tim looked over to see his brother making his way over to the wall.
"Dang nabit!" Thompson spat. "Again, with this damn bandit!" He yanked a paper off the wall.
"What is he yellin' about?" Torc asked. Tim got up and walked over to his brother, Torc following behind him.
"It's this one bandit, nicknamed 'The Red Bandit'. He hated Thompson and Thompson hates him. It's the one bandit we've never been able to catch." Tim explained and Torc nodded.
"His name is Tord Audet." Thompson said, overhearing the two. He held up the wanted poster and Torc gulped gently. Oh no, he thought, another poster on his brother. "Say, sonny, you're looking awful nervous. What's your last name again?" Thompson asked, narrowing his one good eye at Torc, who gulped again.
"It.... it's Adder. Like the snake." Torc stammered and Thompson stared at him more, with a more menicing glare. He held up the poster again, but facing him.
"Strange. You look like him...." Thompson trailed off and stepped towards Torc, who squeaked and backed up, putting his hands in front of him.
"Hey! Stop that!" Tim shoved himself in between the two, glaring down at his older brother. "Stop being so mean to him. He's nervous because you're being too hard on him. Can't ya see he's gentle?" Tim spat at Thompson, turning to Torc. "Are you ok?"
"I-I'm fine." Torc stated nervously and smiled slightly. Thompson sighed and just left the bar, clearly pissed. Tim sighed as well.
"Looks like I gotta chase after him. Barkeep! How much are those drinks?" Tim asked, looking at Todd.
"Don't worry about it. They're on the house." Todd smiled and Tim smiled back, but he handed Torc a few coins as a tip.
"Maybe I'll see you around?" Tim asked and Torc blushed gently, nodding and grinning a slightly fanged smile. Tim smiled back down at him and dashed towards the swinging doors, keeping his hat on his head, and trying to catch up to his brother.
(Maybe I'll do more of this. Idk)
