"So, your parents literally just told you that you aren't a normal human?" Xiumin asked Tori, and she nodded, studying her now healed hand.

"Yeah. They said that our family has been protectors of this magical item for as long as we can remember, and since we've always been so close to it, we've gained some of it's magical properties." She replied. "I turned eighteen a week ago, and they thought my birthday would be a good time to spill the beans. I didn't believe them, and had been ignoring them the past few days, thinking it was just some joke, but apparently not." She said.

"Wow, so you've only known for a few days. You must be so surprised." Chen said, bringing her a fresh towel to dry off the rest of the way with.

She nodded again. "Yeah." She said, then turned to Lay. "How did you fix my hand?"

Lay glanced over at Xiumin, who shrugged with a nod, then turned back to Tori. "I have the power to heal any injuries. Broken bones are easy, but the bigger the wound, the more magic I use, the weaker I get." He explained.

"That's really cool." She smiled. "Are you the only one with powers?" She asked, looking eagerly around at the rest of us, hoping not.

"Earth." Kyungsoo said.

"Fire." Chanyeol smiled.

"Lightning." Chen said from where he sat.

"I have teleportation and Luhan over there has telekinesis." Kai explained, Luhan giving her a wave.

"Wind." "Flight." Time." "Light." "Ice."

Each of the guys listed their powers, then Tori turned to me, expecting a reply.

"Oh, well, I have each of their powers, but I still need to learn to use them." I explained, and she nodded.

"Really?" She asked. "Can you help me find my power? My parents mentioned how each of us have an ability."

"Okay, well, what were your parents abilities?" Luhan began, trying to find a place to start.

"My parents said that their powers never surfaced, but apparently some of my great great grandparents had their powers though..." She sighed.

"If you want, we can have you and Khristi train together." Xiumin suggested. "Of course that would complicate our schedules. We are sort of nocturnal."

Tori sat in thought for a bit, thinking. "Well, I don't go to sleep until about midnight, so maybe I can stop by after work and train. Are you up around nine?"

"I'll be up." Tao smiled from where he sat beside me. "But how will you get here?"

She glanced over at Kai. "You can teleport, yeah?" She asked, and he nodded. "Could you bring me to and from?"

Kai nodded, looking away. "Sure." He replied, and she smiled.

Suddenly, a beeping noise sounded, and everyone looked around, startled. Tori jumped to her feet, seeming panicked. "Oh no. I need to be home. Like, right now. My parents will kill me if I'm not walking through the door within thirty seconds." She began.

Kai sighed, then stood, making his way to her, and held out his hand. Tori took it without a second thought, and they disappeared in a cloud of black.

"Well..." Xiumin began, his expression dimming, along with the others. "I guess we have to wait even longer before we can bring back Suho..."

"Will this even work?" Sehun asked, his expression clearly the darkest. "What makes you think the book is even right? I mean, we don't even know where half the books in the library came from, let alone if they are reliable."
