Tori's P.O.V.

I gasped for air, barely able to climb back onto the raft with Kai's help. Water came up my throat as I coughed, burning my throat as it did, my lungs aching from almost drowning, again. Once I was safe, Kai turned to Sehun, angry. "Why didn't you help her?" He asked, but Sehun just crossed his arms and ignored his brother. "If she had died-" Kai began, but Sehun stood, moving to the front of the raft, staring off at the glow in the distance.

"Leave him alone." I coughed, and Kai gave me a look of disbelief. "It's not his fault I fell off, plus, there's not much he could have done anyways."

Kai sighed, taking off his jacket and putting it around my shoulders. "He could have at least acted like he was worried."

"Why should I worry if I know she can't die?" Sehun asked, causing the three of us to fall into a tense silence.

I ended up sitting with Kai on the floor in the rear, Sehun not moving from where he sat on the railing on the front. I glanced at him every so often, wondering why he was so mad all of a sudden. After the ceremony back at the mansion, when we found out where the black pearl was, he was so happy, but... My cheeks turned pink, remembering that he had kissed me. I held my hand up to my lips, and looked at him again. Why the change in attitude?

Out of nowhere, Kai's head fell onto my shoulder, and I looked over to see him sleeping, a peaceful expression on his face. A small smile crossed my lips, and I brushed his hair from his face, then rested my head against his, closing my eyes as well. I had no idea when I'd be able to sleep next, so I wanted to rest up while I could.

As I drifted off into a calming dream, Sehun's voice reached my ears, sounding as if he were right next me. "Traitor. You broke your promise."

"...Tori. Tori, wake up." Kai said, sounding excited, shaking me gently.

"Wh-What is it? Are we there?" I asked, foggy from sleep.

"No, we found something even better." He said, helping me to my feet, then led me to the side of the boat. Holding onto me to keep me from falling over, he pointed out a shape beneath the waters surface.

I rubbed my eyes thinking I was still asleep, and looked back at the creature, but it was still there. I wasn't imagining it. It was a giant Koi, swimming around beneath the boat, the seep blue of it's scales reflecting light that the white ocean held. "Wow. It's huge." I said in awe as it surfaced, making eye contact with it. The brown eyes seemed to shine happily as I looked up at us.

"Yeah, he's pretty cool isn't he?" Kai smiled, and leaned over the railing of the boat to run his hand across the Koi's scales. "Long time no see, Suho."

"S-Suho? Like, your brother?" I asked, looking from Kai back to the Koi. Kai gave me a nod, watching as the water glittered at his touch.

"Yeah. We found his spirit." Kai replied, the Koi-Suho, splashing water at his brother playfully.

I smiled, and carefully held my hand out towards the water. "Hello, Suho. It's nice to meet you. My name is Tori. I'm a new friend of your brothers." I said, and my fingers met the smooth scales of the Koi. I laughed at how cool the water was, along with how my fingers tingled after touching Suho.

"You can stop playing with him now." Sehun huffed from the front, where he was sitting before I fell asleep.

Suho let out a low moan, the sound reminding me of a whale's song, and Kai sighed. "Yeah." He began, speaking to Suho. "He's been in a bad mood the entire time. He's just mad because he kissed Tori."
