I looked over at the woman and the girls, then back at Chen. "You can't see them?"

"I told you, it's like looking through a colored lens. It changes your perception of reality specifically, not reality itself. Only you can see us." The auburn haired girl reminded.

"See them? You mean the lady with the mask and the two creepy twin girls?" He asked, shaking his head. "No, it's just you."

"Creepy?" The dark haired girl asked, and I sighed.

"When I first told everyone about you two, I thought you were a little scary. You alternate speaking, plus you always stare at me like you're seeing a ghost." I defended.

The two looked at one another, then to the woman in the mask. "There's a reason for that. I'll explain next time...maybe." She said, then handed me something as they began to fade away.

"Maybe?" I asked, but they were gone. "Great." I sighed, and looked down at my hand, seeing a red familiar envelope in my hand.

"What's wrong?" Chen asked, glancing down at my hand. "Is there something in your hand?"

I looked over at him, then back to the letter. Even though the vision had ended, I was still seeing a piece of it. "No, it just ended." I explained. "I'm going to go change so that we can go outside to practice. Be right back." I said, and quickly left the dining room, heading upstairs. Once I grew closer to the bedroom, I slowed, being as quiet as possible. Opening the door, I could see Tao laying in bed, sleeping. Even though he was a deep sleeper, I was afraid of waking him up.

Gathering the clothes I planned on changing into, I made my way into the bathroom, setting the clothes onto the counter, forgetting about them instantly. I was flipping the envelope over, checking for any hidden messages from my Uncle, but there was none. Sighing, I opened up the crimson envelope and began to read.

Khristi,
I see you received this letter like I had hoped. Although the method of  its delivery was odd, I knew it would be the only way to get it to you before you went into labor. I need to stress to you the importance of collecting the keys that Mee-Yon had created when she turned her brothers into vampires. You must gather these before the next full moon. That is when Daehyun plans to attack you. The keys will allow you to-

I began reading, but suddenly my body felt as if it were on fire. I winced, dropping the letter, and had to hold myself up using the counter as support. Pain shot through me, and I cried out, gritting my teeth. Seconds later, the bathroom door had flung open, Tao standing there, worried.

"W-What's wrong?" He asked, but I couldn't reply as flashes occured in my vision, memories of Chanyeol filling my mind. I was gasping for air, sweating, the heat too much for me to handle, and I could only shake my head in reply. Tao went to help me stand, wrapping his arm around my waist, but jolted away. He looked at his hand and arm, and I could see blisters already forming. "Can you hold on a little longer?" He asked, and I gave a pained nod. I watched as he ran to the bedroom door, leaning into the hall. "Chanyeol, Lay, I need your help, it's Khristi." He yelled, and his brothers were there in two seconds flat.

"What's happening?" Chanyeol asked, and Tao showed him his blistered hand.

"She's burning up. I can't touch her." He replied, and Lay took his hand, then looked at me through the open door of the bathroom. His eyes went wide.

"But it's not time yet." He said, then pushed Tao from the room, who was clearly freaking out. "She's going into labor." He began. "Go get Xiumin and Natasha. Now."

Tao was gone in a flash, and Chanyeol wasted no time, rushing over to me. "We're going to take you to Lay's room. Hold on for a little bit longer." Chanyeol said, picking me up in his arms, but was gritting his teeth, his hands burning as well. I looked up at him, despite the pain I was in, worried. He was fireproof, he was resistant to heat, and even he was getting burned by me.
