I'm trying to keep myself calm,
I gave, trying to repress the waves--
Of emotion.
That threatened to overtake me.
To overtake my limited sanity.
And-
I'm drowning.
Drowning in the sea of deceit I've created all around me.
The water's up to my knees.
Now it's filling up my lungs.
Waiting eagerly for the moment
I whisper "I'm done."
