Chapter 11

Chapter 11: I Love You

*Amelia's POV*

I was rushed to the hospital in Ritchie's car when we got there I was placed in a wheelchair and was wheeled to a private room where they would check my dilation.

"The babies coming fast, we are going to prep you for the delivery room." The doctor said wheeling me over to the delivery room as Ritchie followed.

"On a count of 10 I want you to push as hard as you can."

I grabbed Ritchie's hand as he and the doctor started to count

"1..2..3..4..5..6..7..8..9..10."

I let out a heavy breath as I cried a little from the pain.

After many pushes and pain later the doctor stood up and said

"The baby is breeched."

"What does that mean?" I cried.

"Were going to have to do a C-Section."

The doctors prepped me for an emergency c-section as they all including Ritchie put on blue plastic scrubs on the body and heads.

They put a big screen up so I couldn't even see my stomach as a few nurses and the doctor surrounded me.

Ritchie came over and grabbed my hand as they started to cut my stomach.

"Everything will be okay." Ritchie said tightly grabbing my hand as he looked over the screen to see what they were doing.

After about 20 minutes if not longer or less I heard crying

The monitor started to beep rapidly as I help myself struggling to breath and then I started closing my eyes.

"She's losing blood!"

That was the last thing I heard before completely blacking out.

I found myself standing in a white empty room. Alone.

A little girl had tugged on my skirt.

She had medium brown hair and these big hazel eyes. She was wearing this pink overall dress with a white collared shirt underneath. She was wearing a gold locket.

"Hi. What's your name?" I crouched down.

"Mummy don't you remember me." She giggled.

My heart stood still for a moment as I starred at her.

"R-Rosemary?"

"I miss you mummy." She put her tiny arms around me hugging me.

I didn't know what to say I just stood there speechless hugging my little girl.

"Grandma and Grandma are over there along with Grandpa and Uncle Andrew!" She was pointing to a space that was blank white to me.

She waved to the figments I couldn't see.

"I wish daddy was here." She sighed. "Why aren't you and daddy together?"

"I am with da-"

I quickly shut my mouth completely forgetting it was Paul's child.

"Daddy and I, have differences-"

"You love uncle Ritchie don't you?" She smiled.

"I love him so much baby girl."

I stopped and looked at her

"Where am I?"

"The kingdom of god."
