Chapter 5: Good Luck

We were on our way to the audition. It was about 3:00 P.M. And it was beautiful in London! So much do, too much to see! We arrived in front of a building. Hey I just owed the directions! We got out of the car and walked in. The lady at the front desk told us to walk into that room where we would wait for the other auditions. There was about 20 girls there already and I was getting even more nervous! Then Savannah firmly grasped my arm and said, "Everything will be okay! I know you, I've known you for almost your whole life! You can do anything you put your mind to! I've seen you do it!" I heard my name called in a women's voice as I got up and walked away I glanced back at Savannah repeated what we she told me in my mind over and over again.

This is it. I opened the door, walked in and the door closed behind me. I had the script in my hand sweating like a pig! As I walked in a lady's voice appeared I could see anything it was just white there was a camera in from of me and as stupid as I am I turned facing away from them apparently! I guess it was a 2 sided wall! She said, "Please turn around and state you name, age and where you live." I turn around and say, "Oh sorry! My name is Jessica Molloy I am twenty-four and I live in Cambridge!" I was very excited yet nervous and for some reason I could not stop shaking. Then a mans voice who I did not recognize started at a line, "Where were you? I was worried sick about you. Never ever walk away from me again!" I then swallowed and said the next line, "I'm sorry. I went on an adventure because you said you were full adventures and I thought I could try myself!" He started taking his next line, "That's great to have adventures but you can't walk away without telling me first. What if you walked away, you never found the TARDIS and I never found you?" I felt a connection between us but I knew I was just acting. I then said, "Okay I promise to tell you where I go when I go but let me tell you this, you can never tell me what to do but I listen anyways." The woman's voice appeared and said, "Thank you," I walked out and hugged Savannah and she asked, "How did it go?" I jumped up and said, "Great! I feel like I got the part!" She then told me, "Great well we won't know for sure for about 3 months. They have all of your information and will call if you got it!"
