On the way to my house, the car I was in stopped for snacks and the other car went to the hotel where Paul had thrown together overnight bags for the guys.

I opened the door to my house which was spotless as usual because of the cleaning lady my mother hired to come once a week which was also totally unnecessary since I was the only one at the house.

Rooney walked around the corner and sniffed all the guys.

“Aww! She’s so cute! What’s her name?” Louis asked

“Rooney” I replied

“That’s an odd name for a girl.” Harry commented

“I named her after my favourite soccer player.” I informed them

“Wait, you mean Wayne Rooney?” they all questioned

“Ya” I replied hesitantly

Suddenly Louis Harry and Zayn gave me a huge group hug.

“Guys… need…. Air” I puffed out

They let go but were still smiling, “I didn’t know you were a Manchester fan!” Harry said

“You never asked” I replied

For the next while, I gave them a tour and we talked about soccer before Niall declared he was hungry.

“What shall I make?” I asked walking into the kitchen

“What can you make?” Liam asked

“Whatever you want, kraft dinner, spaghetti, grilled cheese, chicken.” I said looking in the fridge.

“I’ve never had a grilled cheese.” Zayn commented and we all stared at him.

“What?” everyone asked shocked

“Never had one.” He replied simply

“I guess were having grilled cheese then.” I said and got the things I needed out.

After we’d eaten, we played murder again in which Zayn quickly figured out Niall was the murderer, and then settled down for a Harry Potter marathon.

We had our snacks and were all snuggled together on the huge L shaped couch we have when the first round of lighting struck.

Rooney came in, her belly swinging, whining. I assumed it was from the storm and petted her to calm her down. She was panting hard and that’s when I realized it. Rooney didn’t get scared by storms! She’s having her puppies!

“Oh my god!” I said springing up just as Malfoy got turned into a ferret

The guys all looked started and drowsy, “What?” Niall questioned

“Rooney’s having her puppies!” I cried and they all sprang up. I walked her to the bed I’d set up for her when this would happen, and surprisingly, all the guys followed and helped with whatever I needed for Rooney throughout the whole thing, none of them were grossed out.

3 hours later, the storm had let up and Rooney had 4 new babies.

I made sure she had whatever she needed before we left the next day as there wasn’t anything I could do for her and she needed sleep.

We were on our way to the airport now and I was trying to hold back tears; I didn’t want them to leave. I know I’d gotten super lucky that I’d gotten so much time with them to begin with, but it still didn’t feel like enough.

Paul met us at the entrance, and I saw that girls had swarmed the airport. I sighed and we decided to say goodbye in the car so I wouldn’t get trampled. I hugged each guy since we’d all taken the same car, and then got to Niall. I knew he wasn’t a huge fan of tears, so I was holding them back but I was sad.

I gave him a long kiss that I didn’t want to end. I felt him pull me close and he pressed his soft lips to mine harder before we broke apart. I hugged him again.

“It’s only for a month, and I’ll text you as soon as I’m on the plane, and we’ll go on Skype, ok?” Niall said seeing how upset I was and not looking to happy himself.

I kissed him once more before they all clamoured out of the car and said goodbye to each member of the band before they got surrounded by fans once more.

I sat back in my seat and wiped a stray tear away as the car pulled out of the airport; it was going to be a long month.
