In the afternoon, Chi shoved his phone into his coat, hand-carrying Jealous while walking out the headquarters building.

'Hey, Chi!'

Chi turned his head to the side, his female colleague was standing at the side.

'Something wrong?'

She was carrying a huge pile of documents, looking up at Chi angrily, 'When are you handing in your report? The rest have already handed in, except for you!'

Chi left without saying anything.

She was stomping on the ground, 'What kind of person is he?! Always take his own sweet time to write a report, in the end, I'm the one writing for him!'

'You volunteered.' Fang said from behind.

She glared at him and left fumingly.

Chi was driving the police car doing his rounds, he would take care of the traffic sometimes, but most of the time he was in the car with Jealous so he wasn't feeling boring. He has grown a habit recently: that is he would constantly check on his phone, like a man in his puppy love.

He thought that he himself was interested with Wu because he was new. He felt sick and tired of the usual people around him, suddenly out came a rash fellow, making him feel intrigued. But recently he realized that his mind and heart are out of the world, he didn't feel anything when they meet but he would start to miss him when they were not together.

Missing his bloated cheeks when he was making the sugar sculpture.

Missing him reading the book in the cafe, how he stared at the same sentence for 10 minutes.

Missing how he played basketball, how his butt cheeks moved.

Missing the thing he said: 'I'm not sure if I like men, but I just know that I like you.'

He then pressed on his number involuntarily.

The call was soon picked up, but he didn't talk.

Chi said first, 'What are you doing?'

Shuai imitated Wu's voice, 'Travelling.'

'Travelling?' Chi squinted, 'To where?'

'Bao Ding.'

'It's quite far.'

Shuai was shocked, he didn't actually hear him. So he decided to chat with him, seeing if he could get some insider information.

'Last night...' Shuai discontinued his sentence.

Chi replied after that, 'I felt great.'

Shuai cleared his throat, 'How great was it?'

'I'll bring you along next time, you'll know then.'

Shuai was stunned. What the heck, he knew? He still acted like he doesn't?! This man is so sly.

Half an hour later, Chi's car arrived at the clinic's entrance.

Every time Shuai seeing Chi's arrival, he would feel an ominous wind blew into the clinic.

'Where's him?' Chi asked.

Shuai didn't lift his head, 'I've said he went to travel.'

Chi knew very well Shuai was bluffing, he was used to Wu disappearing every few days too. So he didn't ask further, he just walked straight towards the room and stood in front of a wooden box for a brief moment, before taking the box and his sugar sculptures along with him.

Shuai reminded him gently, 'He won't let you go so easily if you take those.'

He replied coldly, 'Then let him come.'

When he returned to his office, there was a report on his table.

After a while, the colleague came in.

'Hand in your report!'

Chi hinted at her to take it herself, just hand in after you're done, don't put it on my table next time. In other words, I know you wrote that, don't need to do such meaningless things.

She pouted, then took it.

Chi went to the washroom to wash his face, she hadn't left when he returned. She was counting the files repeatedly, there were only 10 files but she kept counting them. Chi didn't say anything to her too, he just took out his precious Da Bao from the drawer, squeezed out some on his palms and rubbed it around his face.

She was glanced over at Chi, she found out he looked manly even when he's applying cosmetic products.

'Huh, why do you guys like to use Da Bao recently?' She took the container near his nose and took a sniff, 'It's quite nice, is it good?'

Chi replied absent-mindedly, 'It's fine.'

'Let me try some.'

She then took the bottle and squeezed out some cream onto her palm, she was totally oblivious about Chi's judging gaze. She applied it on her face and even patted her cheeks gently.

'Eh?....It was quite moisturizing, it's better than the $500 face cream I have.'

As they were talking, someone appeared before them.

Yue Yue was standing at the door for a long time, she took away Chi's product from the colleague, she was always here. Ever since the meeting with his parents, they had a fought and was in a cold war till now. Yue Yue was known as the 'Queen of Cold Wars', she actually surrendered for the first time.

Sadly, she saw such disheartening scene.

'I'll leave now, 'the colleague said.

Her gaze met with Yue Yue's as she walked out, Yue Yue smiled brightly at her, as if she was some kind of Senhora. The colleague was quite taken aback, but she returned a smile as a courtesy.
