106: Pulling carrots

It has only been a few days since Wu's company started its business, the orders are coming in like snowflakes, the workers haven't had the time to adapt to the new environment and now they're forced to get into the working mood already. Wu has always been a serious person at work, he insists that he will go through each and every one of the orders himself, he even wanted to inspect when the workers are installing or taking down the products, sometimes he needs to do it himself, basically, he's using his life to be a general manager.

He has been running errands lately, his body clock is super messed up, don't even say about going back to the clinic to have a sleep, he doesn't even have the time to take a look at the clinic.

During the weekends, Shuai personally went to visit his student.

'Zhang Quan, go to the storeroom and get this model of LED board; hey you, don't go just yet, I ask you, did Mr. Fang look for you regarding the project? ...'

Shuai has heard Wu's nagging and commands even before he stepped into the office; asking about that, requesting about this, he's as busy as a bee. Finally, Wu was able to talk to him, but before he even talked, another female employee dragged him away.

'Then...' she then poked on Wu's chest, 'Do you have someone?'

He threw a glare at her, then poked on his watch.

'It's working time now, do what you should do!'

Fortunately, he managed to keep himself free from work for some time, he sat on the couch with Shuai and caught up with him.

'Fucking hell, I'm so busy these days,' Wu habitually straightened his tie.

Shuai sneered, 'Besides work, don't forget to spend some time managing your relationship problem.'

He really shouldn't have reminded Wu that, his eyes which are once energetic have now become sullen.

Shuai sees Wu isn't saying anything, he gave him a nudge in the arm.

'What are you hinting at? Have you agreed or not?'

Wu has squeezed out the air in the tin can with his bare hands, he kept his mouth open but nothing came out of it.

'I say, can you two just make your minds? Why are you guys so troublesome?'

Wu said annoyingly, 'Where do I find the time to think of this kind of things? Plus, he hasn't visited me for the past few days, he just called me a few times, just asking about how I'm doing, we didn't even talk about anything else. He didn't even make his stand clear, what's the point if I'm the only one worried about this issue?'

Actually, Chi has been busier than Wu these days, he's busy about the change in his job.

'Can't you be more active? Where's the spirit we had when you used to hit your head with bricks?' Then he reached out to feel Wu's head, surprisingly his scalp has become extra soft and smooth.

'Oh my god, it's a miracle! You can smooth out the dead skin on your scalp?' Shuai was astonished.

This has once again stabbed Wu into his heart, his dead skin was quite a thick layer, but someone insists in scrubbing it every time! One day he had learned an old method of getting rid of dead skin, the next day he sends over a device, Wu's scalp has been itchy for the past two days, Chi would call him 8 times a day to warn him not to scratch his head.
