58: Two possibilities.

It was the weekend, Yue Yue spent the whole day at Chi's side.

After experiencing a cold war, Yue Yue finally knew that a relationship isn't just about love each other, it needs management too. Especially to people as wild as Chi, the passion for love wasn't enough, he needs to be controlled.

In the afternoon, the two went for shopping.

Along the way, Chi received a call from Fang.

'Something happened to Wan Jun...'

Wan Jun was the female colleague who has a crush on Chi. Fang told Chi, Wan was being captured in the morning when she was about to head out, she was being held for four hours before she got out, she was still unconscious in the hospital.

Chi replied rather calmly, 'I got it.'

After putting down the phone, Yue Yue immediately glued to Chi.

'Who called?'

'A colleague.'

Yue Yue noticed Chi didn't have much reaction, so she braved up and took out his phone from his pocket. It was still warm, she was glancing over at Chi with her flirty eyes.

'Your phone is on for 24 hours recently, are you waiting for my call?'

Chi avoided the question, then said, 'I'll drive you home later.'

Yue Yue was surprised, 'Home?'

'Yeah, to my house.'

At night, Chi finally had brought Yue Yue to meet his parents.

The preparation was adequate so Yue Yue managed to show her best manners in front of Chi's parents, showing how well-taught she is. During the dinner, she was being very cautious with her manners and actions; she talked politely when she was supposed to, she listened quietly when she wasn't supposed to speak.

Chi's parents were friendly, they didn't ask about Yue Yue's education or her family background, they were only concerned about the things between her and Chi. They didn't show off their superiority at all.

You could tell that Yu was really fond of Yue Yue, she was holding onto Yue Yue's hands during the dinner.

'Auntie, I heard from Chi that you have oily skin, this set of cosmetic products are best for your skin type and your age.'

Yue Yue purposely bought medium priced products, it doesn't show that she's stingy nor too extravagant. It was perfect for Yu who is really particular about their spendings.

From this, Yu could tell that Yue Yue has put in a lot of effort.

Before they left, Yu grabbed Chi's arm and told him, 'She's great, take a good care of her.'

Chi didn't reply and left.

On the way back, Yue Yue was super happy. She never felt that the sandy wind in the city was ever so exhilarating, the congested roads were full of life, she felt great about everything in life right now....

She jumped in front of Chi, asked him smilingly, 'When are you going to meet my parents?'

Chi stopped and said coldly, 'Get rid of the three men you sent.'

The smile on Yue Yue's face immediately froze, she couldn't even talk properly.

'What....What are you saying? What...get...get rid of what?'

Chi tugged the stray strands of Yue Yue's hair behind her ear, the gentle Chi was sending chills down Yue Yue's spine.

'If you do this kind of thing in the future, I'll get rid of you first.'

Yue Yue couldn't make a sound now, her heart was beating crazily fast. The night was supposed to be happy, but because of this warning, it became so scary and depressing.

'Take her back home first.' Chi said to Gang who was in the car.

Gang went down to open the car door for Yue Yue, she hesitated for a while before quietly went into the car.

Half an hour later, Gang drove back to the original place.

'You knew Yue Yue was going to do something to Jun, why didn't you let me stop them first?'

There were only two things in Chi's pocket: his phone and a bottle of Da Bao. The bottle still has Jun's fingerprint on it.

Gang didn't press further.

Chi caressed Jealous's small head with his huge head, asked troubledly, 'Baby, what's wrong with you these days?'

Jealous squinted its eyes, swayed its tail lazily.

'He looks extra lazy these days, he doesn't move much now.' Gang said.

Chi asked Jealous again, 'Did I neglect you?'

Jealous flipped over its body, flashing its white belly. Apparently, it didn't want to bother you.

Gang added, 'I think it's missing its brothers and sisters.'

Chi's expression changed and Gang realized he said something wrong. Jealous missed them, how could Chi not miss them? The snakes were Chi's precious gems, his wives, without them he's like a king without his concubines.

Gang waited a while, he was waiting for a question about the searching progress, instead, a totally irrelevant question came.

'Am I that scary?'

Gang was shocked, 'Why do you ask that?'

'If someone likes me, but showed absolute horror when having skinship with me, even tried to hurt himself, what might be the reason? I must say beforehand, I didn't abuse him in anyways.'

Gang's first reaction was, 'Yue Yue doesn't let you touch her?'

Chi sneered. Her? She couldn't wait to let me fuck her every time she sees me, how I wish she was this reserved.

'Nothing about her.'

Gang was confused, 'You even have this kind of problems? Why don't you just force your way through?' 

Chi glared at Gang. If I can force things to happen, why do I even ask you?

Gang didn't dare to talk erratically, he brainstormed for a while before talking.

'I think, there are two possibilities: either he's really innocent, or he's hiding something.'
