165: Boiling inside

A while after Lin has left, Wu received a call, he said to Shuo after hanging up, 'I have to settle something urgent, I can't accompany you any longer.'

'No problem, you can go to work,' Shuo said, 'I'll leave after this cup of tea.'

Wu didn't say anything much, he just walked straight out of his office.

In the end, after busying for 2 hours, by the time Wu came back to the office, he found out Shuo was still in his office. Not only he stayed in his office the whole time, he actually fell asleep on the sofa.

Wu cursed inside: You're really treating here as your home!

However, that's just how he thinks, Wu was still quite kind, he was afraid that Shuo might catch a cold so he covered his body with his clothes. Then he went back to his desk and continue his work, there was a lot of documents to process so he didn't really bother Shuo after that.

In the end, Wu has been doing work for another hour, Shuo was still sound asleep.

Wu glanced over at him, then he realized Shuo was really sleeping, not that he wanted to provoke him or anything. Just now Wu was moving the ashtray, shaking the table, he didn't even budge a single bit.

Wu scorned: I'm considered heartless, but you're worse than me!

He walked towards the sofa, wanting to wake him up, he raised his hand but it suspended in the air. He looked rather ordinary when he's awake, but he's actually quite decent when he's asleep, his eyelashes were like curtains for his eyes, they were dense and dark.

Forget it, I'll let you wake up on your own.

Wu was just about to stand up and walk away when Shuo suddenly grabbed onto his arm.

He turned his head and saw Shuo smiling at him, he has awakened.

Even after he witnessed Chi having a secret date with him by the pond, Wu couldn't really hate him right now. He naturally placed the wrong on Chi, giving his opponent respect and benevolence.

Shuo took the clothes covering his body and took a look, 'Yours?'

Wu nodded.

Shuo simply commented, 'I can tell Chi bought this, his taste hasn't changed over the years, he always prefer shirts with muted accents, he has this on almost all his items of clothing.'

'Where's the accent?' Wu asked.

Shuo pointed to Wu.

'You can't tell when it's so obvious?'

No matter how obvious it is it's nothing to Wu because the accent colours are green and yellow, Wu can never differentiate between the two.   

He didn't want others to know that he's colour blind, Wu changed the topic.

'Didn't you say you would leave after finishing the tea?'

Shuo replied, 'Yeah, but I haven't finished it.'

Wu turned around and looked at the teacup, there really is still a layer of tea in the cup, he has seen all types of people but this is an eye-opener to Wu, no wonder he has kept in all the jealousy for 7 years.

Wu snickered, 'You're funny.'

Shuo smiled as well, 'You're naive.'

'Not as naive as you,' Wu caressed Shuo's head, 'You have lowered my self-esteem when I saw your sleeping face.'

'I'll cut the bullshit with you then,' Shuo confessed, 'Guo has been chasing after me for the past 2 days, I really can't stand his harassment anymore so I seek shelter from you.'
