Chapter Three - Surfing
Wes's POV
I was crazily excited for surfing today, mostly just to check out Chloe. Man, that was a horrible first impression. I wish I at least combed my hair...
I put my swim trunks on and a tank top and walked downstairs finding Keaton eating his third bowl of cereal. I won't be surprised if that kids on my 600 pound like when he's older, he eats so much.
"Hey Keats, you wanna go surfing with me and Austin today?" I asked grabbing a banana.
"Sure, can I bring Lynn?" He asked scarfing his cereal down.
"Yeah, calm down man. I'm gonna text Drew too. Dude, Austin has a sister, she's 17, and she's hot," I said smirking.
"You think every girl is hot," Keaton said rolling his eyes.
"That is not true," throwing the banana peel away.
"Just find one girl and stick with her man," Keaton said raising his eyebrows.
"You act like you don't know me," I said sitting on the counter.
"You disgust me," he said scowling. I laughed and pulled out my phone to text Drew. My mom came down and started to pour a bowl of cereal.
"Good morning boys, Wes get off the counter," my mom said without looking up. I scowled and jumped off, Keaton snickering at me. I smacked the back of his head and he tried to push me.
"Boys, knock it off," my mom said turning around. As soon as she did Keaton and I stood stiff as a board with fake smiled on our faces. My mom rolled her eyes and turned back around.
"Go change quick loverboy, were meeting them there in half an hour," I said smacking the back of his head said. He stuck his tongue out at me and I laughed. He ran upstairs to get ready.
"We're going surfing with Austin and Maria, and Austin's sister. I texted Drew to come with Hailey too and we're gonna pick up Lynn on the way," I told my mom.
"Austin has a sister?" My mom asked putting the milk away.
"Yeah, her names Chloe and she's 17," I said smirking stupidly.
"What does she look like?"
"Umm, she's got long dark hair and bright blue eyes. And adorable dimples," I added. My mom turned around to look at me with her eyebrows raised and I wiped off my smirk.
"You like her?" She asked.
"Well, I-I dunno," I said nervously shrugging and scratching the back of my neck. My mom laughed.
"Yeah, you do even if you don't know it. Go have fun kids!" She said. I turned around and found Keaton with a stupid smirk on his face. I groaned and walked out the door. He laughed and followed me to my car.
We picked up Lynn, Hailey and Drew on the way to the beach. We got there right at 10:00 and found Austin, Marie and Chloe at a spot on the beach. Chloe was the only one standing, she had her board under her arm and by the look on her face I think she was trying to get them to surf with her. And failing.
We parked the car and walked to them with our boards and bags. Austin saw us and waved, making Chloe look back towards us. I took that time to check her out, and I saw her blush and took her eyes. I laughed making Keaton look like I was an idiot and dropped our stuff by there's.
"Hey guys. Chloe this is my younger brother Keaton, his girlfriend Lynn, my older friend Drew and his girlfriend Hailey," I said pointing to them.
