Laura's POV

Ross...

I ran out of the doors and into the foyer. I looked around to find Ross but nothing.

Ross? Please. Where are you?

I checked the halls, checked the rooms, checked everywhere. But nothing.

I- I don't know where to go.

"Ross!" I yelled.

I heard footsteps coming from around the corner.

I rushed around the corner quickly hoping to see Ross, but I came face to face with Raini and Calum.

"Laura! There you are!" Calum said.

"You have some serious explaining to do Laura." Raini said sternly.

"Guys. Trust me. I never dated Cody. EVER. I don't know why he's doing this but I promise you. I didn't do anything. Please believe me."

The two looked at each other and nodded. "Ok then. I guess." Raini said.

"I mean you're too much of a saint to do that anyway." Calum added.

"Haha. Thanks guys. But now. I can't find Ross." I told them.

"What? How did he even manage to leave?" Calum asked.

"I don't know. Riker probably picked him up." I replied.

"Well we should go to Ross' house. Now." Raini said.

"Guys. You two stay. We don't need you getting questioned on why you left." I told them.

"Um.. If you say so." Calum said. "But how are you gonna get anywhere?"

"Oh. Right. I didn't think about that. I'll get Vanessa to pick me up." I replied. "Now you two. Go."

"BYE!" They both yelled as they ran back.

I waited for Vanessa for about 10 minutes. When I got in the car, I told her everything that just happened.

In about 5 minutes of speeding, we were at the Lynch's house.

"I'll leave you to it Laur. Good luck." Vanessa said before shutting the door.

I quickly ran up the steps and knocked on the door.

Rydel opened it but her bright face instantly turned to a face of anger.

"Laura. This isn't a good time for excuses." She said.

"Rydel. Please. I need to talk to Ross." I told her.

"Ugh. I thought you had a good heart Laura. But of course not. You decide to break his instead." She coldly stated, ignoring what I said, but still sending shivers down my spine. "Anyway, he already left. And before you ask. No. I don't know where he went. So, I guess you'll be off now." She spoke before slamming the door.

I was shocked at her response. How could she think I would do something like that? She knows me better than that.

Well I guess it is her little brother. But still.

I sighed and walked down the steps and wondered where Ross went.

I got in the car and asked her to drive us back home so I can go looking.

"Thanks Nessa." I said to my sister once we arrived home.

I jumped in my car and went on the hunt.

It probably won't be too obvious.

So that rules out, The A&A set and IHOP.

But it probably means something to him.

I sighed and thought, I hope I still mean something to him.

I'll update quite soon. I just felt like ending it there. Don't worry. They won't be this short again. XD
