-Earlier-

Maia's POV

Teen Beach Movie just finished filming. It was pretty quick considering we had already done all the scenes without Ross in them. The new Brady was super easy to work with. His name was-

Wait. Is that Rocky Lynch?

Ooh. Time for operation Mess with Blondie Lynch.

I ran up to the brunette and began to walk alongside him. 

Maia: Hey there.

Rocky: Hi

Maia: My name's Maia

I said but he stayed silent. I could instantly tell that he was upset.

Maia: Hey, what's wrong?

Rocky: Nothing.

Maia: Oh come on. I know we just met but you can tell me anything.

I felt like he could actually tell me anything. I didn't realise how cute Rocky was. Bonus!

Rocky's POV

It was really weird. A really cute, nice girl was talking to me. It felt like love at first sight. Ugh, how cliche Rocky!

Rocky: Look. You seem really nice. As in really nice. But. According to my brother, no one in their right mind would ever like me.

Girl: Then, I guess you'll have to consider me as crazy.

I chuckled at that remark and smiled whilst blushing as well. I looked down for a bit. When my face returned to its normal colour I looked up and decided to give it a shot.

Rocky: Hey. I didn't quite catch your name.

Girl: It's Maia. Maia Mitchell.

Rocky: Well then, Ms Mitchell. Would you like to accompany me on a walk along the beach?

I said in the most poshest voice I could do.

Maia's POV

Rocky and I walked along the beach for awhile before we both got bored and went to the fair. It seems like they have fairs everyday in the US. We talked for a while and I realised that, we had way more in common than I ever did with Ross. Maybe I am falling for him. 

We went on the Ferris Wheel which was so relaxing. It's nice to get a break from all of this drama. I rested my head on Rocky's shoulder and he put his arm over me making me feel so warm.

When we had to get off the ride, my body went cold again. Ross could never make me feel this way. 

Rocky walked me to my house and we stood outside the front door. "Rocky. I had a great time today. You made me feel so happy. Do this again?" I asked. I didn't expect everything I said to be true, but it was. "Of course."

I began to walk towards the door when Rocky gently pulled me back. "Maia. I know that we just met. But I feel like we've known each other for years. So, would you to me the honour of being my girlfriend?" I asked. The biggest smile ever spread across my face and I jumped into his arms and pushed my lips against his. He was taken back a bit but then began to kiss me back. The warmth I felt before returned and I felt the fireworks explode. "I'll take that as a yes then." He said against my lips making me giggle and nod.

We pulled away soon and Rocky came up with another great idea. "Maia. It's still early. Do you want to come back to my house?" He asked me. I nodded still in a tingly trance. We were there in no time.

We walked through his door with his arm wrapped around my shoulder and my arm wrapped around his waist.

We walked into his living room as I looked around seeing his family I'm guessing.

"Guys, meet my new girlfriend." Rocky began to introduce me but was interrupted by someone. I looked towards the guy and saw a familiar face.

"Maia! What the hell are you doing here!" He shouted. Oh no. I completely forgot that Rocky was a Lynch. I actually didn't want to see Ross anymore. I was perfectly happy, being with Rocky now.

Ross' POV

"Ross. Kitchen. Now." Rocky said sternly. "Whatever." I said rolling my eyes before following him to the kitchen. 

Rocky: What the hell is wrong with you!

Ross: What! Well, I'm just angry because she used me!

Rocky: Wait? That's 'The' Maia?

Ross: No shit.

Rocky: Fine. But I don't care! We are both perfectly happy together!

Ross: She's just using you to get to me!

Rocky: Oh come on Ross! I'm sick of you thinking that the world revolves around you!

Ross: That IS NOT true!

Rocky: Seriously! You always put yourself before anyone else! 

Once he said that, it made me think of that time when Calum said that. I pushed past him and walked to my bedroom and slammed the door shut.

Soon after I heard a knock at my door. "Go away." I said coldly. "It's me." I heard Laura's voice say. I unlocked the door and walked over to my bed and lay down. She opened the door and walked over to me.

Laura: Are you ok?

Ross: No. Maia's just using Rocky like she used me.

Laura: Ross. I think that Maia really does like Rocky. She genuinely looked surprised when she saw you.

Ross: No Laura. She's here for me. I know it.

Laura: Ross. No offence but, not everything is about you.

Ross: WHY DOES EVERYONE ALWAYS SAY THAT!

Laura: I-

Ross: Leave. Please.

Laura walked out of the room slowly making me regret the yelling but honestly I was really annoyed right now.

I need to do it. I need to break them up.
