-2 weeks later-

Laura's POV

I have been once again promoting Disney Channel so I haven't been in touch with Ross. I'm doing alot of interviews and some appearances on Radio Disney. I'm going to video call Ross later but not right now. Calum, Raini, Ratliff, Vanessa, all the other Lynch's and I are just hanging out.

We were going down to the beach for the day. I'm really excited too spend some more time with the others.

Raini, Rydel, Vanessa and I are just tanning on the beach. All the boys were splashing around in the ocean.

"Hey Laura, Raini!" I heard a voice shout. I turned my head to the left and I swear I saw Cody Allen Christian who played Elliot on Austin and Ally for a while but I think my eyes were just adjusting from the sun light. Must just be a fan or something. But when my eyes adjusted, it turned out that my hunch was correct. "Hey Cody!" Raini exclaimed. We both stood up and wandered over to him.

Raini gave him a quick hug. When she pulled away I practically jumped into his arms and gave him the tightest of hugs. I mean come on! I haven't seen him in about 4 months! And also, I may have liked him a bit before I realized how much I loved Ross. But I don't have a single feeling for him anymore. Ross has my heart forever and always.

He put me down on the ground making me smile. "What have you been doing lately?" I asked him. "Oh, nothing much. You?" He replied. "Promoting and also Ross and I got together!" I said happily. But I swear I saw Cody slightly frown.

After a catch up conversation we asked him to join us on the beach. We all ran into the water and swam around and guess what! Cody taught me how to surf!

Cody's POV

I've actually liked Laura since I first saw her on set. She is just so amazingly gorgeous! I'm hoping that I get the chance to win her over today. I've subtly been flirting with her but I don't think she noticed.

"Hey Laura. Do you wanna go for a walk?" I asked her. "Sure!" She said cheerfully. The sun was setting over the horizon. I reached for her hand and to my surprise she didn't pull her hand away.

Laura's POV

Cody and I were walking along the beach. To my surprise Cody reached for my hand. I didn't pull away, I guess it was just a friendly gesture. It started to get a bit cold as i started to shiver and once again to my surprise he put his arm around my shoulder. I started to get butterflies in my stomach. He made me feel snug and warm so I rested my head on his shoulder.

"Laura. I had a great day today. Thanks for inviting me." He said making me smile. "Don't mention it."

He stopped walking and before I knew it. He gently turned my chin and pushed his lips to mine. He caught me by suprise so it took a few seconds for me to snap back to reality. I pushed him of and ran. Ran and ran. I heard him call my name behind me and before I knew it, I ran all the way back to the group.

Cody had stopped following me and I just broke down crying. I can't believe he did that. I told everyone the story, they all comforted me then began to pack everything up to go home.

-The Next Day-

I was sitting on the couch watching TV before I heard banging at my door. I walked to the door and opened it to reveal Rydel and Raini. What are they doing here?

I'm writing this part like this cause it's easier...

Laura: What are you guys doing here?

Rydel: We have some disturbing news for you.

Raini: Yeah. Well, last night, you weren't exactly alone. You were being followed by the paparazzi.

Laura: WHAT!

Rydel: Look at this and read the article.

Laura: 'Laura Marano, star of Austin and Ally was caught on Santa Monica State Beach kissing Cody Allen Christian, guest star on Austin and Ally late last night. It looks as though Raura is out of the way now as Caura creeps its way into the picture.' Oh no guys! I need to tell Ross!

Raini and Rydel: GO!

I ran up the stairs and logged onto my computer and called Ross. Luckily he picked up.

Ross: Hey Laur! What's up?

Laura: Ross! I need to tell you something!

Ross: Ok then. Shoot.

Laura: Yesterday, your family, the cast, Vanessa and I went down to the beach when we came across Cody or Elliot. Long story short we went for a walk and he kissed me.

Ross: Wha- What? Did you kiss back!

Laura: No. I promise! I pushed him away and ran back to the group.

Ross: Oh ok. Thank you for being so loyal baby.

Laura: You're welcome Ross. You know I love you more than anything.

Ross: Of course I do sweetie.

We talked for about a hour for random stuff before we logged off because he had to go to shoot. I'm so happy that he trusts me this much!

A/N

This may seem like a filler chapter but this actually needed to happen. I posted a picture of Cody if you don't know who he is. I'll have 3-4 more chapters up in the next 2 days.
