You're being a friend to a pale skin guy and really hot. He is your schoolmates attention. Even boys give their attention to him. You can't deny that he's cute with his deep dimples and whenever he smiles, his dimples shown and it makes everyone melt.

"Yah, Lay. You seems like you have not enough blood, you know?" You say to him and never take your eyes off your book.

"It's almost full moon. It's the time I usually get sick." He mumble.

"And why is that?" You ask.

He look at you. "Nothing."

You shrug. You knows he has too many secret and even though you're already being his friend, you didn't know his all. He came to you when you were almost being robbed. And the sentences that making you thinking until now was:

"I came to protect you, okay?"

He came to protect you even though he didn't know who are you at first. He act so weird when a guy look at you and his eyes start to shining. Well, you were thinking if he is a human or not sometimes.

Full Moon.

You walk to Lay's house and it's usually bright but not today. It is so dark like it's actually having a blackouts here. You step further and stop when you listen something from the nearest bushes.

Out of curiosity, you walk there. Want to know what is actually happen there. You widen your eyes when you see a familiar body figure but with white hair standing there. Your body is shaking when his eyes look right into your eyes.

"Why are you here?!" He ask.

"Lay... Is that you?"

He snort angrily and you walk closer to him, "stop there!" He screams.

His black eyes slowly turn into red and it makes you scared. Why is he being like this? What's wrong?

"Stop there, Hyerin. Don't come closer or you'll regret." He warn you.

"Why are you become like this?! What are you?"

"I'm a mere mortal." He says slowly.

You aghast, "and what? A half demon too?" You ask him sarcastically.

"I've been cursed okay? I am a mere mortal and a mere white fox until I found.." He stops there.

You walk to him, "found what?"

He step aback and says, "an eternal love." He sigh, "and a true love's kiss."

His eyes completely red and you quickly run to him. Hugging him tightly. You can feel his body shaking. Shaking that was course from that changes.

"Don't change." You says as if you beg to him. "Please don't change."

His body and mind already out of control. Your tears hardly running through your cheeks and you look up at him. Your hand wipe his face and slowly, you tiptoeing. You kiss his lips.

"I love you, Lay. For who you are or what you are. Since the day you saved me. I've falling in love with you. Please don't change, Lay." You mumble into the kiss.

His nails dig into your shoulder and it makes you hurt since his nails already become long and sharp. You can feel blood running from your shoulder and you cry even harder.

"Please, Lay. You want to be with me, don't you?"

His shaking body slowly back to normal and his hands move away from your shoulder. You pulled off and look at him. He open his eyes and his black eyes greet you. Your hands are still on his waist.

"Lay! Are you--"

"Are you stupid or crazy?!" He fiercely look at you and his eyes look at your bloody shoulder.

"Wha--"

"I could've killed you!" He snort in frustration.

"And because of me being stupid or crazy, you're now human pabo!" You screams and step aback from him. You wipe your tears harshly.

He aghast. He looks at his fingers and hold his hair. All back to normal. You cross your hands and raised your brows. He looks at you and pull your hand to step closer to him. He hug you.

"I'm sorry for scolding you. I just.. I'm just afraid that something bad will happen to you..." he mumble, "I can't bear to lose you, Hyerin.."

You hug him back, "and I can't too. Are you really alright now?"

He nod, "uh-huh. I am." He break the hug and grin teasingly. You give him a questioned look. "So, you really love me huh?"

Your eyes widen and cheeks getting red, "what?! No-- I just.."

"An eternal love and a true love's kiss would broke that cursed. Only those kind of breakers." Lay smiling cutely.

"So you want to say that I'm your true love? And eternal?" You ceased.

"Yeah."

"Pabo. If that so, you're in love with me too? Because a true love's kiss won't work if only one person who has that feeling." You chuckle.

"Yeah. I love you too. Because I knew, you were the one that can save me. I'm even more in love with you when I met you that day." He says and kiss your forehead.

"That day? When I was almost robbed?" You ask.

"No. Before that day. I've been taking care of you even before that day. So yeah, no more questions."

You smiles and rest your head on his chest, "I love you. It's not a question."

"Yes and I love you too." He rest his chin on your head, "thanks, Hyerin, for being my life angel."
