CHAPTER 12
We had gone home after Dr. Green had let us.
“Charles I really can walk” as he carried me from the car.
“Hush darling, I don’t want you to get tired” he said
“Because I think you are over- babying me”
“Whatever you say darling I will still carry you” as he lay me down on bed.
“Now I want you to stay still in there and do not move I’ll be back in a second” and he left.
I counted until 5 seconds and he was back and gave me some book.
“What?” I asked in laughed
“Just read in there”
“Charles I still need to move I want to go out”
“Well no darling if you want us to be in Sandy’s picnic tomorrow you stay there” objecting me
“Uh I almost forgot”
“Well I don’t have clothes to wear tomorrow so I need to get some”
“What clothes are you pertaining too?” he asked
“Charles, no there are girly stuffs that you shouldn’t see”
“I’ll take care of it when you sleep”
“Charles, why did you put me straight to the hospital?” asking in curiosity
“Well darling I heard your heart was beating fast and then slowly went to almost a beat – I’ve been long enough to hear a heart in trouble” he said
“You can hear a heartbeat?” I asked in surprise
“Yes darling so as everyone’s heart” he said
“I really have a lot to discover from you” and he laughed
Sunday morning and waking up.
Charles weren’t there so I rose to see my clothes on the chair.
I didn’t even know I fell asleep last night.
Then Theuos came and said “My Lady, are you feeling alright?”
“Yes I am. Good morning” I said
“Good morning my lady” he said
“Theuos call me Haifa please” I said
“Well if I may so Haifa, Master Charles had something to do in his office for a moment, he asked me to tell you to prepare yourself and go to his office if you are ready” Theuos said
“What’s going on?” I asked
“Master had received an important letter from the Holy Order” Theuos said
“Well Theuos thank you very much and I can take care of myself” paying him smile.
“Please come down for your breakfast” he said
“I will if you join me” getting classy and all
“Very well my lady” as we went downstairs
And Mr. Miller had already waiting for us.
“Good morning My Lady” he said and one thing that I saw was how everything was bright.
“Mr. Miller please do call me Haifa”
“Well I haven’t asked Mr. Bacardi about that yet” he replied
Theuos and I sat and Charles had come to join.
