"My name is Marianne Allen, the Plasma Kat. My husband is named Barry Allen; he is the fastest man alive. When Barry was a child he saw his mother murdered by something impossible. His father went to jail for a crime he did not commit. Then an accident made both of us the impossible. To the outside world Barry is a normal forensic scientist but secretly he uses his extraordinary gifts to fight crime and to fight others like us. One day Barry and I will find who killed his mother and get justice for his father. He is the Flash." Marianne's voice says.

Marianne and Barry explain why they didn't tell her and Iris stares at them in disbelief. McKenzie walks into the Cortex with Roy who hadn't returned to Starling yet even though Felicity had already left and they listen to Marianne and Barry apologize and Iris just stares at them then leaves and McKenzie waves at Iris who ignored her.

"I don't think that had anything to do with us." Cisco says.

"Nope, it did not." Caitlyn says.

"So, my sister and brother-in-law are in trouble with their best friend?" McKenzie says.

"Yes, very much in trouble." Caitlyn says.

[That Night]

"I want you to take a moment and think about all the things that defy your life." Wells' voice says as Iris is seen worrying about Eddie at Central City Picture News. Eddie's desk is shown at the station with Iris's picture on it followed by Joe staring at his computer.

"Things that defy your life are all the people you love, your job, your coworkers, and your home." Wells' voice says as Caitlyn is shown looking at Ronnie's picture.

"And now imagine if, one day, in a flash all that vanished." Barry looks at his picture of Henry, Nora and himself and Marianne walks over to him holding Constantine in her arms and she leans against him as he puts his arm around her.

"Would you simply accept your new life, and continue on, or would you do whatever it takes to get back what was taken from you?" Wells asks Eddie after Cisco is shown sitting in Wells chair and gets up and looks at it.

"Well, because I can assure you I will get everything that was taken from me." Wells says as he looks at Eddie who was tied up in a chair.

[The Next Day]

"Hey, so... I figured something out." Cisco says. Barry, Marianne, Roy, McKenzie, Joe and Caitlyn stood there together.

"I kept asking myself, why would Wells pretend to need a wheelchair?" Cisco asks.

"Sympathy, I suppose." Caitlyn says.

"That's what I thought at first, but he's the man in yellow. He's the Reverse-Flash." Cisco says, "He's much smarter than that. Sympathy can't be the only reason."

Yeah, it was a misdirect. Just like everything else Wells has done." Joe says.

"I'm still surprised to hear that Harrison Wells, Marianne's biggest scientific hero was the bad guy who killed Barry's mother." McKenzie says.

"Yeah..." Barry says.

"The last person we'd suspect to be the man in yellow is someone who lost the use of their legs." Joe says.

"That's exactly right, Joe. Which is why I started messing around with the wheelchair. And that's when I found this." Cisco says and Marianne kneels down in unison with McKenzie to look at the device in the wheelchair. Roy finds himself glancing over and looking at McKenzie's butt.

"Damn. You can't get that at Radio Shack." Joe says.

"It looks like the tech inside Gideon." Barry says.
