The Flash: Story of Plasma Kat

Chapter 63: The Runaway Dinosaur!

 "My name is Barry Allen and I am the fastest man alive, married to my beautiful wife Marianne Allen, also known as Plasma Kat, we work secretly with the help of our friends at Star Labs, we fight crime and find other meta-humans like us. All while raising our brilliant son, Constantine Allen. Marianne and I hunted down the man who killed my mother, but in doing so, I opened up our world to new threats. And I am the only one fast enough to stop them. I am the Flash!" Barry's voice says.

Barry attempts to recreate the particle accelerator explosion to give him back his speed. They start the particle accelerator and Marianne's eyes widen as Barry screams before he's vaporized. She lay in a bed in the medical bay. She manages to get herself down to where they had done that experiment.

"Marianne!" Joe says and stops her from entering the room.

"What's going on? Where is Barry?" Marianne says.

"He's gone... Constantine too." Iris says and Marianne's eyes widen.

"H-How?!" Marianne asks.

"That's the thing, we don't know." Cisco says. Marianne falls to her knees as she screams while she sobs.

Henry walks over to her and kneels down beside her. She continues sobbing as she hugs herself tightly.

"Why did he do this?" Marianne asks.

"Jay hurt you; he needed to get his speed back so he can protect you." Cisco says.

"Now I've lost them both." Marianne says. She grabs Henry's shirt as he held his daughter-in-law. Cisco walks over to Barry's outfit and he slowly places his hand on it before he finds Barry holding Constantine tightly.

"Marianne! They are alive! I think they are in the speed force!" Cisco says.

"Don't lie to me Cisco... I can't take it!" Marianne says.

"Their alive. I saw them both and we're going to bring them home to you." Cisco says and Marianne sobs.

[Meanwhile]

In the Speed Force, Barry comes to and finds Constantine shakes him awake. Barry looks at Constantine and his eyes widen.

"Daddy!" Constantine says and Barry hugs him tightly.

"What are you doing here Constantine?" Barry asks.

"I don't know. I was standing near Papa Joe and suddenly I was in your arms. Where are we Daddy?" Constantine asks and Barry looks around.

"My childhood bedroom." Barry says as he gets up. Barry takes Constantine's hand as they head downstairs together. They head into the other room and find Joe sitting there.

"Papa Joe!" Constantine says and finds he can't run over to Joe or let go of Barry's hand.

"Joe?" Barry asks.

"Good to see you, Barry." Joe says, "But I'm not Joe."

"You're not?" Barry asks.

"No." Joe says.

"But you look like Papa Joe." Constantine says.

"Ah, the infamous born speedster." Joe says.

"Infamous? My son is infamous?" Barry asks.

"Why yes, he was predicted centuries ago before you even were born." Joe says.

"So, all of this?" Barry asks, "It's not real?"

"How do you feel, being back here?" Joe asks.

"I feel awful." Barry says and Constantine looks up at him.
