I look up at the building in front me, I like the shape. I walk inside and up to the front desk. Here goes nothing. The women behind the desk says "Hello, how can I help you."

"Hi, I am here to see Jedikiah Price."

"Do you have an appointment?"

"No, I am actually here to surprise him."

"Okay dear." She presses a button and two security men come over. She says "This young lady would like see Mr Price. Escort her up please."

They nod and one says "This way please."

I say "Thank you." Then walk in front. We up a load of stairs and through a huge computer part. One security guard waits outside whilst the other knocks and says "Someone here to see you, sir."

He comes back out and says I can go in. I walk in and say "Hi dad."

He turns to face me and says "You can leave, " to his security. Then hugs me. "What are you doing here?"

"Came to see my Dad. Oh and now I am 18 which means I get kicked out of foster care."

He sits down behind his desk and says "Why were you in foster care?"

"Well because mum went crazy and don't tell me you don't know why."

"Amy, I am sorry."

"Doesn't matter anymore. You made a promise that when I was 18 I can leave England and come to you. So I am here."

"Why didn't you call when you got here?"

"Because I wanted to surprise you."

He chuckles, the door opens and a young looking man comes in. He looks familiar but I cant place him. Dad stands up and says "Stephen, glad your here, I want to introduce you to someone. This is Amy."

I hold my hand and he shakes it. I say "Have we met before?"

"No I don't think you have." Dad says.

Then it hits me. "Oh sorry, you look so much like my uncle, he passed away a while ago."

"Oh I'm sorry, sir did you want me to come back later."

"No Stephen. It's fine."

"Okay, well my mums asked you over for dinner tonight and is making me ask."

"Fine but...." he looks towards me.

" Its fine, glad to see you have found some Dad."

"It's not like that."

Stephen says "Dad, you mean Jedikiah is your father."

"Yeah, why?"

Dad says "Amy, Stephen is Uncle Rodgers son."

It takes me a few seconds to realise what he said. "I have a cousin and you never told me."

Dad goes to speak but Stephen says "Amy is my cousin."

We both look at each other in shock. I sit down and ask "Any other family members you haven't told me about?"

Stephen says "Yeah, you have an aunt and another cousin."

"Great, so I was stuck in foster car for five years when I have family here. Thanks Dad."

I stand up and shake my head at him. I open the door and past security, who stop me. Obviously Dad did something. I hear him ask Stephen to look after me and ask his mother to look after me for a bit. Stephen agrees and comes out to me. We start walking out.
