CHAPTER 42......

Kalpana   watched with tears  all the  video,,,,on  Baby  Sanjana.......the  small  pink  wrinkly  face  one  week  after  birth,,,,her  small lungs  bursting  in  tears,,,,,,,,the  tiny  fingers  clutching  her  Daddy;s  thumb......,,,her  little  cries ...when  she  was  hungry.........one  video  showed  sanjana's finger  clutching  her  pink  blouse.......her  face  so  calm  with  traces  of  tears.....'' each  time  she  cried  ..i  let  her  hold  your  blouse..'Kalpana.........she  became  quiet  ,,,,,,,......God   i  still remember   everything  that  has  happened......kalpana   hugged  Raghav  and  Sanjana  who  were  lying  on  the  floor  besisde  her  watching  all the  videos..........Sunil   joined  them  ...,Krish  the  family  chaeuffer,,,was  discharged   also  joined  them.........sanjana  dancing  around  all of  them  when  she  sudden;y  froze..........Raghav and   Sunil  sat  up  at  once....':'what is  it  princess..they  both asked
''Grandmother''........Sanjana  said   softly  and  ran  to  her  mother'
'what'  exclaimed  ......sunil.....and  got  to  his  feet...while  Krish  quickly  rushed   toward  Kalpna  and  sanjana  and  took  them  to  Raghav.s  room.........
''sunil  got  the   security  personnel....to   check   the  entire  house......''there  was  no  one
''are  you  sure  you  saw  grandmother sweetie''..Sunil  asked
'yes...uncle  Sunil  and  she  was  holding  something  shiny  in  her  hand.........
''Oh  My  GOd.'''''''How  did  she   come  out  from  the  assylum...Get  the  police  at  once......Raghav  said  softly   ....not  to  alarm  Rubina
"' krish   stood  guard  outside  Raghav;s  room..with  one  secutity  personnel  with  him  and  one  at  the  ledge  of  the  room  window
'''So   all of  you  are  having  a wonderfull  time...without  me...........;; Rubina's  voice  came  from  behind   the pillar  close  to  the  dining..room...she  stepped  in  view  brandishing  a   surgical  instrument........
''where is  that  slut  who  seperated me  from  my  sons.....where is  she...?."'   Rubina  shouted.......looking  everywhere.....why  did  she  come  back  from  the  dead..........it's  ok  i  will  send  her  back  .........where is  she''
Raghav  was  beyond  shocked......his  mobile  phone  rang...it  was  from  the  assylum..........Rubina  had stabbed  a  staff  and  escaped  
'' calm  down   mother......there  is  no  need  to  get  aggitated..."..Sunil... tried to reason  with  Rubina...Rubina  laughed  a sinister  laughter
and  stepped  forward.........'
Raghav  and  sunil    backed away........the  police  and assylum  staff  were  on  their  way'
"' Kalpana.......where  are' you,,?......Rubina   suddenly  began to  run upstairs.......Krish  was  ready.............
'hah  ,,that  ever faithful  dog........''Rubina  teased............without  taking  her  eyes  off  Krish........
get  kalpana   for  me.......'' Rubina  ordered  and  stepped  forward....Krish  and  the  security  personnel     braced  themselves  ..Rubina  struck.slashing  the  security  personnel....''....Mother  stop it...'' Raghav   rushed forward  and  caught  Rubina   from  the  back...she  struggled  to  break  free........and  fought  back................and  almost  succeded............Sunil  also  rushed  forward   and  helped   Raghav..
''the  police  arrived   with  the  assylum  staff  and  ,,had  to  sedate  Rubina.........and   a straitjacket.......had  to be used...................Sunil   was  shocked ...why  was  Rubina  so  evil............still   he  could  not   hate  his  mother........she  just  needed  psychiatric  help.........and  hoped  she   would  be  healed  completely
Raghav   was   at  the  police  station .......Rubina   was  to  be  transfered   to   Himchal  hospital  for  mental health  and  rehab..simla
Rubina   would  be  placed   far  away  from......kalpana..........
Sunil     instructed    all the  guards..to  be  alert  all the  time...........the  incident     which  had  happened     could  have  been  prevented.........one  guard    .....absent  from  his  post    ....was  the  cause  for  Rubina  to  gain  entry  to  the  house........
bhaiya   i  think   ;;you  need  to  go  on  a  vacation,,,it  would  be  good  for  bhabi  and  sanjana........please   ..go..i  will take  care  of   your  business
...Raghav  finally  relented  and   agreed  to  Sunil's  suggeations and   made  arrangemets   for  a  holiday  in  Singapore 
Sanjana  was  overly  excited  to  go  on  a  holiday
'daddy........will  grandmother  come..to  Singapore.... ''kalpana  was  shaken  ,hearing    ;;her  child's   words
'' no  princess  grandmother..is  ill...she  won't  be  with  us  in  singapore..........
''    sanjana   's  face  lightened  up......and  she  packed   her  cute  teddy bear  in  her  bag......
krish   and   a bodyguard   went  with       Raghav,,and  his  family  ... as they ...flew to  Singapore    for  a  short  holiday.........while  back home  Sunil   went  ahead  with  his  plans................
upon  their  return  from  Singapore....Raghav  and  kalpana   .....arrived   to  total  darkness.........at  their   home..
kalpana  began  to  tremble......Raghav  quickly   put  his  comfoting  arms  around  her';
''then  all the  entire  situation  changed  in  a split  second.......the  whole   house  and  garden  was flooded   with  coloured  lights........flowers ....music  drifted  in..it  was  like  a  a wedding  house......
'wellcome  home.....surprise......sunil  greeted  .........all the  staffs     cheered.......and  smilled
''wow...Sanjana   sounded  excited....as  she  drank  in  all the  lights....fecoration  and  music..''
''are  we  celebrating  ,,,,Daddy......what  is  it,;
''Sunil  held  little  Sanjana;s  hand'

'  we are   going  to  celebtrate  mummy  and  daddy's  wedding.....and  you  get  to  see  the  wedding
''sanjana  was  filed  with  aw.e....
''Sunil.....Raghav  said......totally  taken  in  by  the  wedding  settings  while  kalpana  blushed
''i  didn.t  attend  your  wedding  ages  ago,,,,and  i came  to  know  it  was a rushed  one,,after  what  happened  to  bhabi........i am  glad  so  glad,,,,,,,the  legal  matters  have  been  cleared..............please  rest  and  the  ceremony  will start   in  a few  hours....and  you  little  princess..you are  the  ring  bearer,,,,,,so  you  need  rest  too.......
a  young  nurse   led  Sanjana  to  her  room..making  sure  the  wee girl  rested  well...........
Raghav  held Kalpana's  as  they  walked upstairs...  ........kalpana  could  not  hold  back  her  tears......... Raghav  hugged  her  as  the  tears  came
''no  more  tears  kalpana.......you  have  come  home  to  stay.........and  '' i want  you  to  know  i  love  you....and  always  will............
''i  love  you too  Raghav..........god  is  good   to  us...........''
Raghav  watched  as  kalpana  slept......the  love  of  his  life  ....right  there  in  front  of  him..........nothing......could  could  take  her  away from  him........he  will protect  her  and their  child  with  his  life............Sunil  his  brother  has  also  come  home  for  good,,,,.together  they  would  continue  the  legacy  their  late  father  had  started.......Rubina  had   been  a pilar of  strength  and  success.......but  now  everthing  has  changed.............
