He pushed me up against the door, not allowing me to pull it open. He wrapped his fingers tighter around my hips and shoved his mouth onto mine. "Jeremy-" he pressed harder, "Good-" once again, "bye."

"I'm not going anywhere."

"I have-" he interrupted me with another kiss, continuing this after every word I spoke, "to get- to work."

"So do I," he paused, the kissing not ceasing, "but I don't want to leave you."

"You can come back later," I pressed a hand over his mouth, the other entangled in his hair. He kissed my palm, intertwining our fingers and holding our hands over my hand. His lips moved into my neck, causing me to giggle and squirm in his grasp.

"Or I could stay here. Call the theater and tell them I'm sick. Call the coffee shop and say you're not feeling well." He muttered on my collarbone, nipping at my skin and leaving goosebumps over every trail he abandoned.

"I mean-" I sighed and thought it over, "that's not a terrible idea."

"I know," Jeremy stopped his actions and threw me over his shoulder. He tossed me back against the pillows and landed on top of me. "Now where were we?"

A few hours later, Jeremy had his arms wrapped around my waist, his bare chest pressed up against my back. He placed warm kisses around my neck and head, humming slightly to some random song. I turned my head to steal a long kiss and smiled into it. The phone began to ring and I hesitated to grab it off the bedside table.

"Hello?" I mumbled down the line, feeling Jeremy's lips back on my skin.

"Who is it?" Jeremy whispered over my earlobe.

"Work," I shushed him, listening to the co-worker inform me on the events. "I have to go in."

I placed the phone back on its stand and twisted around the face Jeremy. "Oh, no," he groaned, shutting his eyes tightly.

"Oh, yes," I pushed myself off the bed, grabbing one of Jeremy's lost shirts and throwing it over me. I changed into my uniform while Jeremy put his clothes back on and we slowly made our way out the door. We had to go separate ways at the bottom of the steps, and neither of us wanted to.

Jeremy stood a few feet away, holding my outstretched hands and fumbling with my fingers. "Goodbye, Jeremy."

"Goodbye, love." We didn't move.

I reached out my other hand and grabbed him by his outer shirt. I pulled him into me and planted a long kiss onto his lips. "Goodbye, and this time I mean."

"Bye," he kissed me again and started to slowly back away. He stuffed a hand into his pocket and gave a small wave. "Till tomorrow."

"No," I shook my head, "until tonight."

Jeremy grinned and turned to walk away.
