"I'll see you after thanksgiving." I told him. "I'll see you then sweetheart." He said. Then kissed me. I got into the front seat of the truck. He then closed it. The window was rolled down. "I'll see ya." He said. "You too." I said. After pulling away from the house Brody turned the radio up. "Hey could we check out this place outside of Huntsville?" I asked him.
"Why?" He asked. "Because it's smack dab in the middle." I said. "Between Sulphur and Stephensville?" He asked. "Yup. It's got twelve acres a two story house. There's an apartment over the stalls where someone can stay, room for at least thirty horses, and it comes with a herd of cattle that was used for roping and bulls for riding." I said.
"Price?" He asked. "Um a hundred thousand for the acreage and barn, then another hundred thousand for the house. So two hundred thousand." I said. "I guess. And we could probably have an inspector go though the living spaces and see how much of the price we can knock off." He said.
We pulled up to the place. "What have you dragged me into sis?" He asked. The place was gorgeous. I called the realtor to come let us see the place. A few minutes later we were walking through the house being showed around. So far no problems whatsoever. "Now the family that lived here are willing to drop the price depending on how fast you can move in." She said.
I looked at Brody. "It'll take about a month for us to be packed and moved." Brody told her. "I'll contact them with the offer and let you know." She said as we stood outside of the house. "Feel free to look around the property."
After she had left we both looked at each other. "Only on the market for a year. Huh and the sellers are desperate to sell. If they had lowered the price someone could have swooped in and bought the place." Brody said. "Hey. There was one worth more and had ten acres and a crappier house." I said.

I finished packing the last box and took it to the trailer. Our parents hugged us and told us to be safe and careful. Can't believe mom and dad are letting me move in with my brother. "You be good for your brother. We'll see you at thanksgiving." Dad said hugging me. "I will." I told him. Then hugged mom. "Keep your sister safe." "Don't worry dad she'll be in the bedroom next to me and will be nearby at all times." Brody said.
We then got on the road. October had ran by faster than I could blink. Thanksgiving was three weeks away. As we pulled up I saw a truck parked in the drive. "I asked a friend to take care of the horses and cattle while we packed up." He said. As soon as we were in front of the house, he was leaning on the tailgate as the truck stopped.
He opened the door faster than I could. I jumped out to hug him. He picked me up letting me wrap my legs around his waist. "Missed you. Hanging around the ranch wasn't the same without you." He said. "Thought we might need some help moving thing in. All we need are beds for now." Brody said. "Oh and you might wanna put my sister down until we're done."
Ky set me down after kissing me. He took heavier boxes letting me take the lighter stuff. Every once in a while I'd get to the front door with a heavy box. After the trailer was unloaded we took the two trucks to a furniture store. Me, riding with Kyson to let my brother think. Two month left until his birthday.
At cowboy Christmas this year I'm going to get his birthday gift and a Christmas gift. Once there he helped me out on his side of the single cab bench seat. I got a full size bed while Brody went with a queen size. "Least we can both fit on it." Kyson whispered in my ear. "Least yours is the same size." I said.
He kissed my cheek from behind me. After buying the beds we took them back to the house. I stood back watching as my brother tried to figure out how to put the bed frame together to the queen size. "Bro." "Dall." Kyson sat against the wall watching. I finally stood up and grabbed the tool from him and put the bed together with his help. I put the frame together quicker than my brother could drag it up here.
Brody and Kyson put the mattress and box spring on the frame while I put the twin frame together. They both came in as I finished assembling it. "Seriously?" Brody complained. "Race ya down Hanchey." Kyson said. Brody followed. I moved all of the packaging as they came in with the box spring.
They set it on the frame before going back for the mattress. I put the box spring cover on just before they came in with the mattress. Once it was in place I quickly put the bedding on. "Man I wish I had your energy." Brody said as he leaned on the wall. "Yeah. And now it's time for supper." I said.
Kyson was the first to jump up. "I'm hungry." He said going out the door. "Might as well eat." Brody said standing. I ran out the room and down the stairs ahead of him. Ky had just opened the door. I put my hands on his shoulders and lifted myself onto his back. He caught me and carried me out.
"How'd you know it was me?" I asked. "Because your so much lighter than your two hundred and thirty pound brother." He said. "Hey that's pure muscle." Brody said. "And so am I." Ky told him. Oh everything about him is pure muscle? Hm how long will it be until he asks me to marry him?
